Bad ☺ When issues arose, the agents on whatsapp were able to respond, not as quick as i'd like or prefer but still relatively speedy. ☹ I wrote to complain about the property of which I stayed in from 21-22 June 2024 and unfortunately no response after 3 weeks of writing it (24 June 2024). I was unable to sleep after being awakened at 5.30am with a horrible tapping sound from the ceiling of the room (no exaggeration - it was REALLY loud) I thought it may eventually disappear but it kept going on to the extent where I literally had enough, packed my bags and left. All was evidenced within the whatsapp conversation that I had with one of the associates. I was incredibly disappointed, not at the level of service because I do believe that they tried to help (though a slight delay in responding to me), but the property's issues in of itself should have been something that was previously identified and resolved. I tried to liaise with the property managers to settle a compensation (privately before me writing a public review) for the time that I had as the sum of £83 was truly exorbitant to fork out for a place like this, no response had been given. Totally not worth it - I should have paid the addition and stayed in a proper place.

The property was lovely 😍, we really liked it. The bathroom and kitchem was always clean. They also had good utilities. The VP operations Nidhi was lovely and checked with us if all was well. The area is quite good as well.

There was a small issue getting into the house, as the automated code unlock code for the door was not sent to me via email. However, Rajesh and his team quickly ensured that I was able to get inside manually and then sent me the code themselves. The room was small, with no space to move around. This may not have been anything too important to mention if I didn't have another person with me. I would advise that only single bookers get this room. This is not a complaint however because the room is advertised as such and I decided that I would still book it. I simply think that mentioning it is noteworthy for the benefit of future bookers. All in all, the room served it's purpose to me. I needed to overnight close to Heathrow Airport at an affordable price, due to a missed flight and the room provided me with the ability to do so. I would definitely stay again, if I were ever in the same position.

BUGS EVERYWHERE. The room was absolutely disgusting with both dead and alive bugs and spiders all over the place on the walls, ceiling, AND THE BED. Horrifying. Unliveable. This was my first nightmare experience with a booking on AirBNB. Do not stay at this place if you can avoid it. The pictures on the listing appeared beautiful and clean but that was entirely misleading.
