Steve was a pleasure to work with. His style was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor - professional, honest and thorough, yet relaxed and not pushy. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Steve the first time we met him. He went “above and beyond” by doing virtual showings since my husband and I don’t live where we were looking to buy. He also drove a long distance several times to do in - person showings.
I very much recommend Steve Williams to anyone looking for a realtor.

From looking for properties, to negotiating, and purchasing, Steve was reliable, quick to respond and was available whenever you needed. Attentive, honest, easy to talk to. Didn’t feel any pressure or felt like I was being misled. Would recommend.
Edit - Steve works hard! He listened to everything we said, he worked with us, and sold our home in one weekend for above listing price. Oh, he also helped us buy the home of our dreams on the same day for less than asking price. He worked nonstop and was available at ALL times to answer questions and explain terms in a way we could understand. I really can’t say enough about the service I received. I very very highly recommend you at least talk to him if your even considering buying or selling a home. 11/10
