I absolutely love DreamFit! I've belonged to each of the area boutique gyms in the area, and while they each have something special about them, DreamFit is by far the most challenging and authentic. New ownership and management brought improvements to the facility and a great variety of class offerings, but the heart of the gym is beating just as strong as ever before. DreamFit offers primarily HIIT/Bootcamp style classes, but with a focus on strength training and more equipment than other similar gyms. The coaches have diverse training backgrounds and each bring a unique style to the gym. There is nothing like DreamFit. Inside the four walls is a level of support that will elevate you to surpass your fitness goals. It's here at DreamFit that I lost 30 lbs of fat and gained 8 lbs of muscle. This gym is like home to me and I know they'll continue to challenge me in years to come!
I have been a member for over two years with this gym. It has transformed my body, mind and soul. The trainers are absolutely fantastic. They provide energy packed guidance through each class, station and movement. They are quick to assist if modifications are necessary and constantly push you when you need it. The classes are changed up daily to keep your body adapting and improving. The feel and vibe of the gym is like a pre workout drink. Come try a class and maybe your new favorite place to be.
2024 has brought so many amazing changes to DreamFit. New classes, open gym, fresh equipment and motivating staff.
My mom brought me in a couple years ago and I instantly fell in love with the class length, trainers, and community you feel at Dreamfit. Being busy can be an excuse, but here I get a hard workout in within the 45 minute class and can move on with my day knowing I got it done. My daughter even loves to come with me, too! 🙂

I‘m in the Fort Myers area about 2-3 times a year and have been going to this gym ever since it opened. I like the circuit style of the workouts and there are usually at least 2 coaches on the floor motivating you, correcting your form and singing 😄 I have finally tried the Barbell Club Class and Coach Leia does an exceptional job instructing!
Please be aware that this gym has an agreement that if you have an injury, doctor's notice, the owner, Michael, will not allow you to get out of the agreement. You can only get out of the contract if you do a buy-out that is half of the remaining contractual value. My husband injured himself at the gym, he went to a doctor, he had a partial ruptured Achilles tendon. The doctor asked that his membership be terminated. It took several attempts for the owner to respond. He was not sympathetic to my husband's situation, he even falsely alleges that he has videos of him working out. He is speaking to my husband's Instagram, he's had to recycle work out content, due to his injury. My husband had to use an ortho air cam walker for two months after this injury, Michael is concocting erroneous information. My husband is not the first person that's had this experience at this gym. So when you sign up please know that no matter what happens, the owner, he will not let you out of the agreement, unless you pay a hefty amount for the buy-out, or he will continue to charge your account.
