Luanna is an absolute GEM to work with and is such an excellent guide to Indianapolis and surrounding area real estate. Even in this incredibly competitive Spring 2022 market, she helped me secure a home that I absolutely love! She knew all about the areas I was interested in and suggested new neighborhoods I had not considered but were a great fit for me and my needs. She was more than willing to answer my many, many, many first-time home buyer questions, always replying quickly. She is organized, kind, trustworthy, and really considered what I wanted and needed in a home. I feel so fortunate to have had Luanna on my side of the negotiation table! We loved working with Luanna Albrecht. Her support throughout the sales process was above standard, and we have already sold three homes so we have some comparison points. We particularly loved how she saw the house in which we lived as a HOME, that we would be leaving after loving it for 15 years. She was sensitive to what we could and would update and where we felt we needed to leave something (burnt orange fireplace surround, anyone?). She saw positive sales points even in elements that frustrated us (a bare spot on the lawn? Great spot for flowers!) and helped us get connected to services to get everything ready for photos and (virtual due to covid) showings. She also priced the home spot on. We had three offers in 30 hours, and two were above list.

Luanna was a pleasure to work with. We were set up with her through Veterans United. She knew our area well, was quick with responses and follow-ups and even had her husband (also a realtor) do showings when she wasn't available for a particular day. Luanna made the experience from looking for homes to closing on the house we picked as effortlessly as I can imagine the stressful process can be. My wife and I would gladly work with her again at a moments notice. Her expertise, warm personality and drive made her a pleasure to do business with.

We absolutely LOVED working with Luanna! We were buying from out of state, and she made it an easy and less stressful process for us. We worked with Luanna back in 2012 to buy our first home. She guided us through the process smoothly and we were all set.
