I heard about this clinic from a friend who suggested I come here for my skin problem. My first visit was two weeks ago. I was welcomed by Nurin, who is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She was very patient, understanding, and answered all of my questions with a smile on her face—even though I had a lot of questions! Then I was under Mandy's care for the skin analysis and treatment, and she was also very nice. She did a great job keeping me calm during the treatment, although the extraction and injection were quite painful, which was expected given the severity of my skin problem. All of their staff are kind and friendly too! They are very good and professional at their jobs. Dr. Sarah attended to me, and she was incredibly gentle and kind. She explained everything in detail and provided me with skincare and treatments that suit my skin concerns. I returned after 2 weeks to check on the progress of my skin after the treatment and medication, and I was not disappointed. I'm really satisfied with the progress—my skin has improved a lot, and I can't wait to see more improvements in the coming months. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there, especially since it was my first time seeking treatment. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and amazing hospitality.

During my initial visit to the clinic, I received a warm welcome from the therapist. They kindly offered me a cup of green tea while I completed the registration process. Afterwards, the therapist escorted me to meet Doctor Sarah, who was exceptionally kind and gentle. She provided detailed explanations tailored to my skin concerns. Following this, during the skin analysis, my therapist Lisa elaborated on the specifics of my skin condition. Doctor Sarah then discussed various treatment options suitable for my skin, allowing me to make a decision based on my budget and preferences. I opted for CO2 laser and subcision, both of which were carried out smoothly and with manageable discomfort due to Doctor Sarah's gentle approach. I look forward to returning after a month, hopeful that my skin will show improvement after the healing process. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I came for Emsella treatment for my incontinence problem. Been to few places for a trial before decided to signed up 6 sessions at Dr D Clinic. I highly recommend their professional services at a reasonable price to those seeking quality care. Worry not there’s no hard sell here. Dr Sarah was very elaborate in her explanations and soft spoken. Therapist Sheera was helpful. Completed my 2nd session, looking forward to overall improvement and hopefully no more leak!

Came here on a recommendation from my friend and it was a great experience from start to finish, friendly and welcoming environment especially for a nervous 1s timer like me. The therapists, Rin, Shira and Nurin are very friendly, helpful, very polite and ethical. Dr. Sarah and Dr. Tiara did an amazing job in explaining to me about my large pores and acne scar condition and treatment (CO2 Laser, PRP & Subcision). They were not only very professional but also very friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Well done team. Can't wait to see the results!

Came here at the recommendation from my sister and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They started with a skin analysis scan and explained what was gonna happen. Then proceeded to do a facial which was very thorough (though a bit painful, which is expected). The doctor gave meds and provided spot cream to help with slight inflammation from the extractions. Would totally come again.
