Excellent service by a professional team.

Very nice work again! We have used Drape Master for many years and are always pleased with their professionalism and pride in their work. We especially like the way our drapes are returned with perfect pleating.

A huge thanks to Don and the team at Drape Master for repairing my venetian blind. Don went above and beyond the call to find a solution to the problem which I really appreciate. This saved me hundreds of dollars in not having to purchase a new blind. Many thanks!

Drape Master removed, restored, and reinstalled white sheers that had small latex paint splatters to new condition. Delicate treatment for delicate fabric. They under-promised and over-delivered, and that's the recipe for enduring customer loyalty. Also they were on time and on budget. You can't ask for more.

The team at Drape Master did an excellent job in removing, cleaning and reinstalling our sheers. Max arrived on time and showed his expertise in ensuring the s-drape was perfect.

Drape Master is a remarkable company. Their service is rare and their execution is flawless. Beginning to end, my experience with Drape Master was impeccable. Everyone, including Max, Dee and Don were cheerful, knowledgeable and thoroughly competent. They turned around a difficult request in record time and the end product was beautiful. I can't remember the last time I experienced such incredible service. I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

I would give 6 stars if I could. From start to finish, the team at Drape Master (Max, Don and co.) did an amazing job. My Hunter Douglas blinds were in desperate need of a cleaning. The process was seamless/painless and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I have had difficulty in the past finding a firm that will clean the mini-blinds in our kitchen. At a length of 12 feet, most other companies have said that ‘no one’ will be able to clean them. One call to Drapemaster was all it took to discover how wrong they all were. Every individual at Drapemaster was professional, efficient and kind in our dealings with them. They went above and beyond in every instance. In particular, I was promised a week for return of the blinds and I had them re-hung in our kitchen within four days, beautifully scrubbed! Looking forward to having our drapes cleaned next!

Outstanding service. They cleaned, delivered and rehung 8 large drapes in a timely fashion with beautiful work and attention to every detail. The drape hanger, Max, is expert in all he does, is efficient and personable. We are completely satisfied with Drape Master. You won't find a better company and employees.

Drape Master cleaned two Hunter Douglas Pirouette blinds for me with bug and food stains. Excellent results - better than expected!
