We have seen improvement in twins behaviour and speech after taking medicines from Dr Akshita, our kids were hyperactive with speech delay and some development delay. In just 7 months kids are now making meaningful 2-3 words to 1 small sentence. Their sitting time has increased to 1.5 hrs. Hyperactivity has reduced. No more hand flapping and self hurting. My kid had persistent cough and cold would get up mid night from sleep coughing, had him seen by multiple doctors, nothing actually worked other then suppressing the cough temporarily. We met Dr Akshata explained her everything she was very patient in understanding us and the problems and I think found the root cause, gave the medicine, on the very first day of medicine my kid slept properly and with in few days he stopped coughing and cold is gone, it feels now it was never there in the first hand.
