Took a day off from work and waited the whole day and nobody came. Contacted them and was told that my booking had been cancelled because they called me a last week to confirm my booking and I didn't answer the call and they can't leave a voicemail. Ever heard of text and email? They have my email address too. It's one thing to call to confirm a booking, but failure to notify a booking cancellation is unforgivable.

What a pleasure to deal with these guys! I had quite an urgent drainage blockage and although I called them in the late afternoon, the helpful and kind receptionist has managed to book Jaimes, who was in my area. Jaimes arrived within less than an hour, found and unblock the drain which was not a simple task at all (his pipe inspection camera had to cover dozens of meters around my lot). As a bonous, Jaimes was exteremly nice, patient, showed and explained me everything he did, and gave me maintenance tips. Highly recommended!

I wished I found DrainPro years ago (thanks Google) so I won't suffer the inconvenient with the blocked build in contemporary sink that I thought might damage during the process of unblocking...but wallahh a magic touch solve my worries. And the gurgle sound of the kitchen sink is now gushing sound of good water flow. Looks like nothing happen. Thanks Jaime, I highly recommend and surely appreciated the tricky job you've done....in Kew area.

These guys are absolute legends. We had multiple stormwater blockages at our property which resulted in water ingress. James came out to quote, and on the same day, used CCTV to work out the problem and hydrojet the whole system to clear most of the blockages. Additionally, there was a major stormwater break that required excavation to fix. It was Thursday and there was a storm forecasted for Sunday. James and the team came to our property late on Friday afternoon to help sort it out, despite it being a long day for the lads. I cannot rate these guys highly enough for their ability to listen, problem solve and genuinely care.

I called Jimmy on Saturday for blocked underground storm water pipe, he booked me straight away for a visit on Tuesday. DrainPro was the third plumber I called in for help, the first one dug up holes everywhere and was not even willing to put his pressure machine to try to unblock the pipe, and then he referred me to another plumber, the second plumber dropped by and said he inspected the pipe, and the only solution is to replace all existing underground concrete pipe including the sections under the driveway and crossover. Nick came in on time and showed me his "Can-do Attitude", he put in his drainage machine and cleared blockage all the way from the main entrance to the street drainage pit. He also identified the section of old pipe actually collapsed in the garden bed and booked in a replacement work in the following week. All my problem was resolved within a week after I called Jimmy. I cannot recommend DrainPro highly enough, particularly due to their 'Can-Do Attitude' which consistently impresses me.
