Pete was really friendly and helpful, quickly finding what was blocking the front drain and also cleaning the drains out the back as well. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it all in clear terms. He was upfront with costs which were very fair, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Great service and will definitely use again.

I called Pete @ drainbustersyorkshire late on Friday afternoon regarding a fully blocked drain. To my surprise he said he would come out straight away. One of the manholes was solid with effluent and he worked quickly and professionally to get the system back to working order. Excellent service throughout leaving the driveway clean and disinfected. Would absolutely recommend him.

Friendly, efficient, reasonably priced. I had a leak from a drain which was getting into the cellar. Pete gave me some drain dye to prove it myself and then he came and checked with a camera and then dug up and replaced the 100 year-old clay pipe to plastic and fixed the leak - very happy!

Contacted DrainBusters when we had a blocked drain. Pete came back to me and asked if we required an immediate response. I said no, so he arranged to be with us the following afternoon. He arrived, logically worked out where the problem was likely to be, and had it sorted well within the hour. Called Pete late afternoon and he arranged to come early next morning. Without any fuss he got on with solving the problem and within an hour the blocked drains were unblocked! Would certainly recommend.

Pete came and sorted a blocked drain extremely promptly and left everything clean and tidy. He went the extra mile and checked the other drain to see that it was clearing quickly and charged a reasonable amount for a speedy, efficient and helpful service. Would definitely recommend!

Messaged drainbusters yorkshire to help out with a problem with our drainage. We received excellent service from start to finish, thorough examination of manhole/pipes - jetting them and a camera which all came back clear, so investigations started inside the bathroom with taking toilet out and finding/fixing the problem. Put our toilet back in exactly same position and you wouldn’t know it had been removed/replaced back into spot, took care with our belongings around the toilet. Friendly, professional and an Absolute 5* service- would highly recommend to anyone with drainage problems.

We had an intermittent awful smell coming from our utility room, Pete diagnosed the problem quickly (blocked drain on the driveway) and was able to resolve it during that visit. He was so knowledgable, explaining everything as he was doing it, and let me watch the process. He is an absolute hero doing the job he does, not everyone could do it, but you can tell that Pete knows his stuff and is really passionate about it. Couldn’t be happier to give 5 star review here. Pete called me back by 8am and was with us a couple of hours later. Having identified the problem he told me that it should be rectified by Yorkshire Water due to the location of the blockage and then called them on our behalf and gave them all the details. They then arrived the next morning. Pete was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and he even called me on the Sunday evening to check everything was working OK. A first class service, thank you.
