My pc had a sudden hard drive failure. Dr-IT replied quickly to bring in the pc. The work required data recovery, new hard drive and re-install of operating software. Overall charge for the extensive work was fair & reasonable & completed fairly quickly. The pc runs very well now. I am happy with the service received and would use Dr-IT again for any other computer issues.

Vlad was amazing - highly recommend! My external hard drive containing pretty much all of my YouTube video footage stopped working. Vlad was able to rescue my footage and move it over to a new hard drive, regularly keeping me up to date on the progress. I cannot thank him enough - 5 stars!

We are very grateful to Vlad for his excellent service repairing our personal laptop. Our laptop suddenly got infected with adware popping up everywhere on our computer screen and we needed a speedy and reliable service to get it fixed asap. We came across Dr IT Services and were lucky enough to be able to book Vlad on the same day. He very speedily diagnosed and fixed our laptop on the same day, and for a very reasonable price.
