I took my old desktop PC in for repair after it had been in storage for a couple of years and wouldn’t output any display. Vlad was very professional and diagnosed the issue as a faulty motherboard, which unfortunately wasn’t fixable. He didn’t charge me anything and even offered to help me find a new PC. That level of honesty and customer service alone deserves five stars.

This place is fake, I took an hour journey to get here and couldn’t find the store, the location kept pointing to someone’s random house. Quite strange EDIT: ITS NOT FAKE, I just didnt know it was inside a house, i thought it was like a shop or something and i called twice but he didnt pick up because he was in hospital sorry to hear. This place is my business and the location is correct as I'm self-employed and work from home. If you would've visited my website in past 5 weeks you'd been able to see the banner at the top that says (white font on red background at the very top of any page) "New computer and laptop repair bookings are unavailable this week. Urgent data recovery cases will still be accepted.". If you called me that day, then I apologise for not being able to pick up the phone as I was in hospital with my little kid.

Fantastic experience! I brought my dead HP laptop for diagnostic and was advised that motherboard need to be replaced. Not only he did super quick same day diagnostic, as I needed the laptop for work ASAP, he broke down all costs I would face and, also, checked that I still had an extended warranty on my laptop, which I didn't even know about. I was advised to contact HP and try to get it sorted. Just received my laptop form the warranty refurb, it was motherboard indeed. So, thank you, Vlad, very much for saving me quite a bit of money with your prompt work and advise. Especially appreciate it as nowadays business of any scale prefers to make money on customers rather than finding the most beneficial solution for the client. Hard drive burnt out. Thought I had lost more than 10 years worth of data , samples and music arrangements. Did not have any back up. Called vlad based on reviews online. Total panic. Went over to get a diagnosis done. Was called in the evening with an update. This was something that required assistance from a data recovery lab. Was sent to them and all my data was recovered at a decent price ! Good service , knowledgeable and friendly :)

Just adding another great review to Dr IT's record! The hinges on my laptop gave in, leaving me in a precarious position. As I was in a position to delivery the machine myself, I was able to drop it off at the business. Vlad was very personable, knowledgeable, and great at translating my over-Googled terminology into a plan of action. My laptop was returned to me in great shape, not only with new, strong hinges, but a fresh install of the Operating System and a few other small replacements, which Vlad and I had discussed. Overall, this was an excellent customer experience, I felt everything was clearly explained in a way I could understand and Vlad kept me updated about how my repairs were going. I would recommend Dr IT's services to anyone in the area who is having personal computing troubles.

I recently contacted Vlad as I had seen the online reviews as my MacBook Pro needed a new screen. I was expecting it to take 3-4 days but the screen was diagnosed, ordered and fitted in 24 hours. Really efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend and the Mac Book is like new again.
