Courteous, timely, professional. They have taken good care of me for a while now. The only recent thing that upset me is an unannounced severe change in cost for out of pocket visits. They don't see any unless your an existing patient with extenuating circumstances, but going up 67% without telling me in advance is a huge deal. Otherwise 💯 recommended.

Service in person at this facility is great, but calling on the phone for like the first 2 hours or so after they open is terrible. Multiple days (on different weeks), my wife and I tried calling early and never had anyone answer. Only after waiting until after 10 did we seem to have a chance for someone to pick up.

I have been a patient of yours since I moved here 3 years ago. I recently ran into an issue with your billing department and I will explain in detail. On April 29th 2024 I had an appointment in your Rowlett office. Upon checking in, the receptionist told me I had a balance due of $732.71 I asked how that could be since I always pay my bills. She gave me the billing department number to call for an explanation. So, we had to cancel that day’s appointment. I then called your billing department, I asked them about the bill and told them I never received any bills, otherwise they would have been paid. They put me on hold and came back and said that there was a computer error and the bills were never mailed. This goes back to October of 2023. Enclosed is a copy they recently sent me per my request. So now that puts me in a very precarious situation. I am retired on a limited income and my insurance has a $3,000.00 out of pocket deductible before they cover my bills 100%, I have reached that deductible before I found out about your bill of $732.71 If you would have sent me the bill, I would have paid them and met my deductible earlier. So now I have to pay your bill of $732.71 after I’ve already met my deductible. That means I actually have lost money because of your billing departments errors. I suggest you submit the bill to my insurance company with a current date and let them take care of it as compensation for your error. *** I got a call from the billing department and he said that I still owe the money. I tried to talk to him about not receiving a bill for 6 months. but he did not want to hear it. I said that i will no longer be a patient and I will posted this on Facebook. he said he doesn't care if i post on F_______ Facebook. Nice customer service. NOT. So your person at the billing told me that I did not receive bills was do to a computer error. I know I have to pay but you person did not have to use the F word twice. Shame on him.

This deductible is for last year. If you paid other doctors to meet your deductible, this invoice remains. Statements were sent last year and you chose to ignore them. They are sent automatically from the software. Your statement that this should be written off or you will post on Facebook shows your intent sir. God bless you

My 83 year mother suffers from chronic lower back pain and see's the nurse practitioner at this clinic, no bedside manners. we are looking for a real Doctor. NOT A NURSE WITH AN ATTITUDE!!
