We had two doors fitted by Dovecote Windows In December 2022. They did a great job and look really nice. They were more than helpful throughout the process. We rang them on 4/04/2023 in the afternoon to enquire what we should do as one door was quite tight when we shut it. They said the would ring back and arrange to come and have a look. We were astounded when later the same day Andy phoned to ask if he could pop round bearing in mind this was early evening by then. He came assessed it and was able to resolve the problem there and then and was so helpful and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend your company.

We are converting an outbuilding to create a garden room, Dovecote supplied and fitted a bifold door and two windows to the main outbuilding, plus doors and windows for two sheds. We are beyond thrilled with the end result! The doors and windows look amazing, and the bifold is beautiful; they are all lovely quality and look extremely stylish. The fitting was done with care and attention and only took a day and a half. The price was very competitive and they were very flexible when arranging fitting dates. I would not hesitate to recommend Dovecote Windows and Doors.

We had our door installed just over a year ago and had no issues. The guys came and installed the door at a really competitive price and had no big issues. There were a couple of minor issues afterwards that they came back immediately and resolved so overall we were extremely pleased and the door looks amazing.
Today a guest somehow managed to cause the door to become wedged and unable to unlock the door. I phoned Dovecote for some advice and they sent someone out (about 20 mins after phoning) and fixed it promptly with no charge. This was way above my expectation and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We decided to use Dovecote for our conservatory roof replacement following some great reviews and boy they didn't disappoint. Fantastic service with great communication throughout. The team (led by Andrew Watts) were very professional and accomodating and even worked closely with the Guardian Warm roof manufacturers and Stove installers to ensure our new wood burner not just looked good but met all the required regulations. Great service start to finish.

We contacted a number of local companies before deciding on Dovecote. Their preorder service was much better than any of their competitors. In particular, they went the extra mile in taking us through the available options, and were unfailingly patient and courteous. The eventual supply and fitting went without a hitch - quietly efficient, without fuss, quick, and tidy. We are glad to have chosen Dovecote, snd would unhesitatingly do so again.

I have just had 6 windows replaced with double glazing and 4 replacement panes on previous double glazed windows where the seal had gone. I am delighted with the work carried out which was done quickly, professionally and respectfully, with no hassle. I would fully recommend Dovecote Windows.

From start to finish Dovecote were professional, always happy to answer any questions and a very cheerful team. We had 2 visits from them and each time work was carried out to a very high standard. Competitive to local pricing, not the cheapest but it was the prompt answers, honest advice and turning up when they say they would. Would highly recommend.

Dovecote Windows fitted a new patio door with Between Glass Blinds - from the moment we contacted Dovecote Windows they lived up to expectations, replying efficiently to all our queries and arriving on time and completed the job with minimal disruption and mess. We had one minor snagging issue and this was resolved quickly and with professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending Dovecote Windows for their service - I am very pleased with my new Patio Door and especially with my Between Glass Blinds.

One of the best decisions we've made is to upgrade our tired conservatory roof for a "warm roof" alternative, and to work with Dovecote on the project. Throughout the whole build they were brilliant at keeping us up-to-date with information and communication with the local authority and delivery expectations. The roof conversion was completed within time and to a high specification, and we're so pleased with the finished result. We now have a smart, year-round liveable room with very little hassle.
