Karen was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and confident for my birth. She was very flexible with her schedule and very responsive anytime I had questions. Her knowledge and experience was so helpful during my delivery.

Karen was great and very knowledgeable. Any questions that we had she would get us an answer. She was with us every step of the way! She was a great addition in the delivery room and ensured I got what I wanted during a time where some things are unclear. I would get a doula again in a heart beat if they are all like her!

As first time parents Karen walked us through every trimester and every step of the labor and delivery process. Through our long 42 hour labor she endured 35 hours by our side. Now although our delivery story did not go according to anything we had planned, she honored, respected, and assisted us through as much as a natural delivery that we were able to endure. Would not have gotten through those 42 hours without her!

Karen has been my doula for both of my births and I highly recommend her. She is a wealth of information and is supportive of all birth plans. For this birth, I had a scheduled c section. She arrived early and helped calm my nerves prior to the procedure. She took amazing pictures of the birth and was available to me for any questions I had post partum.

I credit Karen a lot for helping me achieve my much desired VBAC. After a traumatic birth experience with my first, I felt I needed extra support for this birth. She was in constant touch during my long labor process and while I was in triage, she was texting my husband tips to help me progress dilation. Once I was admitted and she was able to join us, she managed to know exactly what I needed without me expressing it. She was always one step ahead. Her knowledge and sweet demeanor put me at ease and gave me the confidence boost I needed to power through the tough moments. Not to mention, she took some beautiful photos I will forever cherish. Highly recommend!

Karen has been the most thoughtful, kind and caring person during my pregnancy as well as after birth. She made me feel incredibly comforted during the entire process. I have bad anxiety and Karen helped to calm me with facts. I love that if she doesn’t know something, she will tell you and do her research to give you an answer based on factual evidence. She is very honest and someone who you can truly count on. She dropped everything to help me when I thought I was in labor and even came to appointments with me. I had a lot of complications with my pregnancy, so it was nice to have her support. When I actually went into labor, she was there very quickly, and she was so calming during the entire experience. If you need her, she’s there. I’m so grateful I chose Karen as my doula ❤️

Karen has been a huge help during and after pregnancy providing helpful tools and information to make the whole journey amazing. I can’t thank her enough for all the help and wisdom she has given my husband and I.

Karen was an absolute god send, and I don’t know how I would have made it through labor and the end of my pregnancy without her. I first saw Karen relatively early in my pregnancy, and had a very uncomplicated pregnancy until my third trimester. My blood pressures continued to get significantly higher until I was admitted to the hospital for severe preeclampsia. Throughout my inpatient stay, Karen came to visit me multiple times; brought gifts, snacks, ways of relaxation and helped me to communicate my needs with the nurses on staff; and was there almost immediately at times when things turned emergent. When it came time to deliver my baby via c section, Karen was right by my side as soon as surgery was over (at 2-3 am!) and stayed until I was moved to my postpartum room many hours later. She has continued to be a huge staple in my health and care plan and I am truly so blessed to have found Karen. I would recommend her to any mama I meet. She was the perfect blend of support, patience and care and I’m so glad to know her.

Personally i would just want the normal family only friends later whole thing with my pregnancy and I was comfortably open to trying a doula my last pregnancy and they make life so much easier for you they know the body they know what to say to make you feel less worried about what’s going on with your body! I loved it I loved the overall experience and I would invite them back when and if I had another baby

I hired Doula Mama of NE Florida because this was my first baby, and I wanted help going through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I’m a military wife, so my family is far away. Karen was very informative and very kind. She was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I had quite a few issues pop up during pregnancy, so it was nice knowing I had someone there to help walk me through said issues. And when it came time for L&D, it was great to have someone walk me through the early stages of labor, all the way to the first few hours of postpartum. I am 1 week postpartum and I can say all of my questions and concerns have been answered by Karen. If I’m here in Florida for my next child, I’ll definitely hire Karen on again!

Karen is the best! She helped prepare us for the birth of our son and was a huge blessing during the delivery. She has met with us after the delivery and has answered many first time parent questions via phone/text. She has a wealth of resources that she shares as well. We cannot recommend her enough.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Karen as a doula. From the prenatal visits, delivery day, and post-natal follow-up, she ensure we knew what to expect. She was there every step of the way, providing resources and her expertise. During the delivery day, she was very attentive to detail and ensure my health and well-being was top priority. Karen was very patient and helped me stay calm and collected throughout the process. She went above and beyond to set up the delivery room with LED candle lights to make it a nice and relaxing environment. She is so dedicated to what she does, that she decided that spending her birthday with us in the delivery room was the best way to celebrate her birthday and celebrate life. Overall, we were blessed to find a doula like Karen, and we highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience with Karen as my doula. She was incredibly helpful in preparing for birth and never once did I feel judged for any of my choices/interventions! Having her by our side was invaluable and I can’t recommend her enough.

Karen was amazing throughout my pregnancy and my strong feelings about a VBAC. She was always quick to respond and arrived very quickly in the middle of the night for baby girl to be born. She checked on me frequently after coming home and I am so thankful to have had her there throughout this vulnerable time.

Karen assisted us through the first few months of our daughters life. She is calm, steady, and gave us a sense of peace. We had absolute faith in her knowledge and ability and she went above and beyond for us.

I had my first baby in December and thanks to Karen, it went better than I could've imagined! She was there meeting my needs before I even knew what I needed. She brings a calmness into the room when she walks in which I loved. She was taking pictures of the whole birthing experience when my husband and I were too excited to even think about taking pictures! We are so thankful for her knowledge that she shared leading up to the big day and the continuous support through the whole process. I am pregnant again and we are SO happy to have her on our birthing team again!!
