Unfortunately this office overlooks appointments, which leads to 35 - 50min delays. The front office staff is standoffish and combative. Lacking in communication skills. The weighting room is filled to capacity. If you enjoy longer than normal weight times, a combative front office this then Douglaston Dermatology is the right fit for you.

Dr.Blanco is AMAZING!! Ive been seeing her for 10+ years and she is absolutely great. Staff is all so sweet and funny. Definitely recommend!!

Sadly this place is horrible the front desk needs to improve, and the dr needs to stop asking WHY am I coming from 20min away. I had to explain to her that I worked around the area and it was convenient for me to find something around my job… and she Proceed to tell me that she never had someone from that Area?!?! I’m from Corona NY. Literally 20min away from Douglaston ny.

Dr Blanco and Dr Osman are wonderful. Sadly I left due to the miserably nasty office staff. They don't have one personality between them. They act as if the patients are bothering them, are totally rude on the phone and in person and barely take the time to look at you when you're speaking. The office wait is at least an hour, probably because the sincompetent staff can't

Dr Osman has kept me alive. By recognizing and treating my many precancerous skin lesions, she has prevented them from becoming melanomas. She is a GREAT doctor. Yes the waits are generally a bit long, but in my view well worth it.
