We recently had our shopfront replaced by Doors Windows London Ltd which included bespoke hardwood windows and two external doors. The project was quite specific and involved overseas manufacturing, so a few initial adjustments were expected with such custom work. He addressed every concern promptly and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to the right standard Thomas the owner Communication throughout is good and we were always kept informed of stages of work. The finished result looks fantastic the hardwood detailing is beautiful and the doors feel solid and high quality. Thank you to Thomas and the team for delivering a shopfront that we and our customers absolutely love!

I’d avoid using this company at all costs. They may be more cost effective than others but that shows in the quality of the product, the service, and the professionalism. We’ve been left with issues on a third of the windows they installed (heavily delayed), and further issues with the various sills they either installed or damaged during installation. They are seemingly not covered under the FENSA scheme, or at a minimum unwilling to register an installation under the scheme.

All I can say is this client demands without understanding that extras need to paid. We are FENCA registered. On this job you had building inspector which means you don't need Fenca. Fenca its not free service if you like to have extra. FENCA Reg No:43456

We had an awful experience with this company. The 2 windows installed originally seemed fine but after close inspection silicone was missed in the inside and outside, inside components were broken and finished painting had scratches. Initially they said assumed responsibility and said would do the fixings but after constant excuses on changing dates, ended up running away from their responsibilities and never came to do the fixings. Stay away from this company.

Good morning Maria. Im really sorry that you feel that way. Yes there was no silicone outside as we agreed we will do it when the forecast will improve was its was raining. We did come and did the silicon outside and you know it. Yes I have to change the date once or twice ate we had this year maybe 45 days of rain. However after meeting with my team they show me that inside walls around windows where not finish when we left. This was your builders job. How can we possibly scratch and not put silicone inside where there was nothing to seal. I know you may be disappointed but it's not our responsibility to fix or finish someone else job.
We have taken picture when we finish the job. I wish I could post them here to see the claimed damage.
Really not fair review.
Anyway if something happens to the windows in future we are taking responsibility for them and be available to help.

Ours was an installation that was more difficult than most, due to the existing windows having structurally changed the opening. Thomas and team did a great job of restoring the windows to traditional sash. The windows themselves are well made and open/close movement is really smooth. We would buy from them again.
