D’apparence, ce lieux est très attrayant. Une belle vitrine avec des arancini à tous les parfums et de beaux desserts.
Malheureusement, le service est très long pour recevoir 2 arancini, un peu tiède, non croquant et un peu fade en goût.
Le personnel est très accueillant!

Per il secondo anno di fila a Palermo e per il secondo anno di fila questo posto si conferma per noi il punto fisso per fare un ‘ ottimo aperitivo con del buon vino ma soprattutto con delle arancine davvero spettacolari , da urlo . Staff super cordiale e preparato ma l’arancia cacio e pepe e’ davvero sublime

Very greasy Arancini. We tried the carbonara and the ragu and both lacking in flavour. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. Lovely place to sit out on the Main Street though.

Staff were somewhat rude and abrupt. The arancine was incredibly greasy and some of the worst we had in Palermo.

U Palermu sam 3 dana i bukvalno svaki dan jedem ovdje. Juče čak dva puta. Arančine su savršene. Svaki ukus je bolji od prethodnog. Danas sam jela i kanolo i takođe je savršen. Preporučujem ovo mjesto!

Siamo stati 4 giorni a Palermo... Ogni giorno Donnafranca ci ha stupito! Salato e dolce eccezionali.. Camerieri molto simpatici e professionali! Da provare assolutamente.. Non ne potrete fare a meno!!

Egr MM,la brioche che non non abbiamo neanche in listino,viene farcita con circa 400gr di gelato,oltre il costo della brioche

My experience with the arancini at Donnafrancalab was simply fantastic. You can really tell these are crafted with care. The golden crust was beautifully crisp and dry, a sign of true quality. The filling was abundant, rich, and perfectly seasoned, making every single bite a delight. It's clear they take pride in their "laboratorio artigianale." We placed our order, but the man was so rude that I felt like walking out right then and there. He told us the dishes we chose would take about half an hour to prepare. After 30 minutes of waiting, we still hadn’t received our food — and it was actually the waiter who acted offended, even though he clearly couldn’t care less that we were sitting there. They only asked about the two soft drinks after we had already finished our meals.
The bearded male waiter was the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. And honestly, no matter how good the food is, it doesn’t make up for the fact that the staff is made up of complete jerks.

Pasticceria ottima! Servizio al top. Personale molto disponibile e aperto a ogni richiesta. Locale pulito e cibo di qualità! Per turisti e visitatori o anche per chi semplicemente vuole gustare dei buoni piatti, lo consiglio vivamente.
