Everything was wonderful. Communication was great. I was having fridge issues - Mike arrived during the window he told us. He diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the issue, what I could maybe expect in the future, and what he did to fix the issue. Highly recommend, such a good experience on very stressful issue with a major appliance not functioning!

Very professional and knowledgeable. They had my washer repaired the same day I called to schedule an appointment. Showed up on schedule and gave honest information on our machine for our decision to repair or replace. Pricing is very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. There is no reason to go anywhere else!

We've had problems with our lights and icemaker in our refrigerator for a year and a half now and no luck getting anyone out here until now. I called him, set up an appointment and HE SHOWED UP! He diagnosed our problems, said he'd be back when the parts came in and HE DID! He's friendly, knowledgeable and just a smart good ole boy. We're so excited to have his number in our contacts!

We used this business for a dryer that quit working. We called and scheduled an appointment. He came on time, fixed the dryer, and the bill was reasonable. He was very professional but extremely nice. Good work. Dryer is still working great!! Would recommend him to anyone.
