Delivery person apologized when handing the food bc pizza was strewn recklessly and torn up. Phone complaint was worthless and nonproductive, blaming DD. DD blaming store.

First off me and some of my friends walk in the store spend $50 on "2 large pepperoni thin crust pizzas" we sat down after we ordered and we started playing on our phones me and my other friend got a little confused because it took nearly 40 minutes I just had to think it was because how many doordashers were coming in and out the store but then another 20 minutes pass and the pizza finally comes we open the pizza and it was a normal pepperoni pizza not thin crust but a normal, me and my friends got a bit disappointed but didn't go up and complain then we heard in the back a lady that we later found out was the manager cussing and talking bad about me and our friends so we walked out side and started eating. It's safe to say it was cold, burnt, and tasted weird. We then walk in to apologize for being upset they got the food wrong. A couple months later we go back in I place my order $40 worth and it took 1 hour for the manager to say "Do you have a parent" I said no because we didn't and she said you need a parent to place a order mind you we already ordered and paid so a nice guy besides us said "an adult for a pizza place" and she got mad so the guy sat with us until are pizza arrived then a couple days later we came back they started taking pictures and being outright rude to us.

I find it weird that teenagers can't get pizza by themselves. The "general manager" seems to need more training.

This is the worst branch of donatos. People here don't do their job. They mark that order is ready to pick but they don't hand order for another 20minutes. Please close this branch and save the brand name.

I love donatos, but this location is bad. They mark ur order is ready but when u go to pickup, they will take another 15-20 minutes. They will not even say sorry for being late or not helping customers at counter or drive through for 10-15 minutes
