Really appreciate this service. Always on time, clothes are always clean, when I’m running behind (a couple times I forgot to put my laundry in the bag so they had to wait) they are always polite about it. I’ve dealt with Matthew and Kimesha and they have both been wonderful! Edit (June 2026): I cannot thank the DML team enough. While recovering from a concussion, I couldn't use the computer or manage laundry. I sent a voice-to-text email, and the staff graciously handled the entire booking for me. Amazing and compassionate customer service, shout out to Matthew for that! Thanks again.

I've been pleased with Do My Laundry's service for several years now. Next-day service, everything folded, even the socks matched. I'm always amazed at the neat packages they make of fitted sheets.

We've used DML for years and were a bit concerned that the quality might change with the new owners. Not at all! Matthew and the DML team are more than diligent, responsive and accommodating, so much so I feel I must write this review : ) We especially love crisp folding and high standards for handling our clothes and we also appreciate the always prompt & friendly pick up and drop off.
