We've used DML for years and were a bit concerned that the quality might change with the new owners. Not at all! Matthew and the DML team are more than diligent, responsive and accommodating, so much so I feel I must write this review : ) We especially love crisp folding and high standards for handling our clothes and we also appreciate the always prompt & friendly pick up and drop off. First rate!!!

Great service by DML! I use DML for my brother as he is not able to do his own laundry due to his disability. They pick it up from Sunnybrook Vet Centre on a Tuesday and return it the next day on the Wednesday, everything is nice and fresh when returned back to to him.
