Really appreciate this service. Always on time, clothes are always clean, when I’m running behind (a couple times I forgot to put my laundry isn’t in the bag so they had to wait) they are always polite about it. Kimesha and Michael are the two people I’ve interacted with most and they are both phenomenal.

Best wash and fold staff!!! They cleaned 600lbs of clothing for my store's restock in one day and saved me a week of doing laundry lmao they even loads of stains out of the tees I was going to discount because of their condition, big ups domylaundry!!!

I've used this service a few times a year ago and always really liked it. However, this time I received my items back with a very noticeable fragrance, triggering my and my son's asthma, despite paying extra for the fragrance-free detergent (as I've done all the times before without issue).
I haven't even been able to take the clothes out of the bags because of the smell. Now reading other reviews, I'm a bit afraid of what I'll find. Definitely won't use the service again unless the smell is fixed.
Update from Sep 24 2025: Well all I can say is run. Scheduled a pick up for today, they didn't come and asked me to reschedule. Our dryer is broker so we really needed the service. Customer service was very rude, saying they knocked on our door but they definitely did not. The door was left ajar, it wasn't even completely closed. We were on the main floor where the door is and have a dog who barks like crazy when anyone approaches, and I had two kids looking out of the window at garbage trucks. No one came.

False weighing amount. Was told all my clothes weighed at 80lbs. I brought my clothes to another service the same day, which they weighed all at 66.5 pounds. Lying, scheming, over priced company. Not worth it! Would rate this a -0 if I could.

Washing machines was fine but the dryers are not drying at all. I dried for 30 minutes and after I open the dryer door everything was ice cold. I divided my clothes into 2 part and run 2 dryer there was just one hand full clothes and both of the dryers failed drying. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time here. Place looks clean but the machines are not working properly.

Amazing place. Wonderful service they provided over 3 years for me. It has made our family life so much easier. DML is reliable and careful with our clothes.
I love this service. As a single guy I just book a morning pickup from my office and it comes back next day all washed and folded. No more laundry days.. I just put everything into a laundry bag and it magically comes back done!

Payment was easy online. I also accidentally booked for the wrong day, and your phone attendant called me 7am that morning to confirm with me and really saved me so thank you for that!
