Washing machines was fine but the dryers are not drying at all. I dried for 30 minutes and after I open the dryer door everything was ice cold. I divided my clothes into 2 part and run 2 dryer there was just one hand full clothes and both of the dryers failed drying. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time here. Place looks clean but the machines are not working properly.

Amazing place. Wonderful service they provided over 3 years for me. It has made our family life so much easier. DML is reliable and careful with our clothes.

I love this service. As a single guy I just book a morning pickup from my office and it comes back next day all washed and folded. No more laundry days.. I just put everything into a laundry bag and it magically comes back done!

The service and team are amazing. Marcia and Henri are trustworthy and highly communicative. I enjoy using this service from time to time and know that I can always count on them for a good job.

Thank you so much for your service (: I had about 35 lbs of laundry and paid about $95.00. Payment was easy online. I also accidentally booked for the wrong day, and your phone attendant called me 7am that morning to confirm with me and really saved me so thank you for that! Just an overall amazing service that I will be using again. Please offer subscription services at a discount per/lb or something ! Thank you again

I've used this service a few times a year ago and always really liked it. However, this time I received my items back with a very noticeable fragrance, triggering my and my son's asthma, despite paying extra for the fragrance-free detergent (as I've done all the times before without issue). I haven't even been able to take the clothes out of the bags because of the smell. Now reading other reviews, I'm a bit afraid of what I'll find. Definitely won't use the service again unless the smell is fixed.

i have never been more condescended by a customer service rep. His name is Henry and he is the absolute worst. I was charged $300 and delivered OIL STAINED items. Henry says he doesn't like to apologize so it's not his problem. Obviously this is a real review... the photo is attached, I have spoken directly with henry and I have ordered from you 6 times totalling over $1000... The worst customer service ever. (Notice how there are a bunch of other 1 star reviews with no response from the owner.... interesting)

stained clothes, terrible customer service from HENRY. refused to let us speak to his manager, said he has to much integrity to apologize for damaged items. Refused a refund for a completely damaged brand new sweater. This is a real review. My clothes were ordered on Jan 23 with my roomates under the name Lauren. i can't believe management has time to answer reviews but not complaints. SCAM

Beware the actions of this company made me very sick and almost sent me to the hospital. Refused a refund for inability to complete service as advertised. Bait and switch charges on invoicen I hired Do My Laundry to wash my duvet with their ISO fragrance free wash, and disclosed I have diagnosed chemical fragrance allergies due to my disability. I was assured 3 times it would not be contaminated with fragrance before sending payment. Invoice total was $24 more than what was listed when booking, and was provided to me last minute after taking my items and stating payment is required before delivery. The item was returned to me completely saturated in chemical laundry fragrance which caused me to have a reaction. I cant have the item inside, and will likely have to dispose the duvet and purchase another. Since the item arrived at the end of the day, I will not have a blanket I can use tonight. I have requested a refund which was personally denied by Henri who blamed me. They now refused to accept requests for a refund through TD bank so I will have to escalate this with regulatory agencies. This company is not able to provide the service they advertise and will screw you over the second they get a chance.

I absolutely love We Do Laundry in Toronto! Their customer service consistently goes above and beyond, easing the burden of laundry for this busy mom. Their attention to detail and efficiency have significantly reduced my stress. Highly recommend!
