What a team Dominion Financial has. Rocio our LP was on top of her game and quick responses and turn around times with our closing attorney. Our Paralegal even complemented how fast they got closing docs. Our prefer lender for residential construction.

Dominion took 4 months to close four DSCR refinances (10/24-2/25). Because they weren't closed during a typical 30-45 day timeframe, a window of opportunity was missed on lower rates which ultimately cost me time and money. They finally admitted to being overloaded and understaffed to be able to handle the loan volume during that time as was obvious by the multiple changes in loan processors. I have over 20 years experience with many refinances, and this is by far my worst lending experience. I wouldn't recommend.

I needed to fund a deal fast, so I contacted Dominion based on a flyer I received in the mail. I explained my situation to Brandon, and he got me approved within a day. Underwriting was a breeze, and our loan processor Brantley was by far the best processor I've ever worked with. She managed the deal flawlessly with constant updates and stellar communication. I would give the Dominion team 6 stars if I could.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Brantley G Averkamp, the loan processor who was assigned to my deal. She was absolutely fantastic! Even though the deal was on hold for months and then needed to close super quickly, Brantley made it happen right on time. She guided me through every step of the process. I highly recommend her!
