Maria Lenis was our loan processor for multiple refi's. She was incredibly easy to work with, followed up often, and helped up to ensure closing on time. She's great!

I would give Dominion Financial zero stars if possible. After more than 45 days of jumping through their hopes and ridiculous delays caused by a loan officer and processors who were not prompt to do anything they finally approved my loan for closing. Four hours after signing I get an email from my loan officer, Colin who states they are canceling my loan. An EMAIL, not a phone call an EMAIL!! When I called him to discuss this he doesn't answer and has yet to call me back. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time and cause yourself the frustration of dealing with them.

GREAT PROBLEM SOLVERS!!!!!! I posted a review here earlier today that wasn’t favorable. My team and I were very frustrated with delays and poor communication. John found my info after reading my review and took IMMEDIATE ACTION. He reached out to all parties involved and expressed empathy, and handled the issue with outstanding professionalism. He solved our problem within 4 hours. I was very impressed, and I would recommend anyone to their firm.

Clown Recruiter/HR E m m a Didn't make the interview and wanted to reschedule but mentioned if I had made a scheduling error the same option wouldn't have been offered to me. I have a lot of past experience in commercial lending and if HR or recruiting is a joke than I can only imagine what the rest is like. I also, emailed the 4 email addresses on your website but no one responded. So here we are.

Maria Lenis stepped up last minute to ensure everything was finalized before our tight deadline. Her professionalism and swiftness were greatly appreciated. Great lender to work with I have done multiple investment loans with Dominion and they treat you like their #1 customer. Always respond fast great communication, great rates! Working with Tinika Williams who is very efficient and experienced gets my loans closed ahead of time on most transactions. We can concentrate on making offers and buying properties because we have Dominion to help us fund and they will get the deal done .

We just closed a multiple asset purchase with Dominion. They have been our primary lender of choice for years. Tinika, Taylor and Brennan are always a joy to work with, no matter how complicated the transaction. They remain, regardless of market conditions, loyal lending partners for experienced operators. Senior management is accessible and can make decisions on deals that can only be made by real lender/operators. Their servicing team is also fantastic. Lawanda and company always respond quickly and have been great resources during the life of our loans. I couldn't recommend the company or team more unless the money was free.

They rope you in with false promises of incredible terms and then change everything on you once they run a hard pull on your credit. Horrible experience. Stay away.
