My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Josefina's place. The property offers beautiful, private and very cozy surroundings. We will definitely consider this home again in the future. Julio was very accommodating and friendly.

My family throroughly enjoyed this space! It was gorgeous. The service from the chef and the house manager was exceptional.

Fue una experiencia verdaderamente increíble desde el momento en que llegamos hasta nuestra partida .El área exterior era nuestro lugar favorito. La casa en sí estaba impecablemente limpia y bien mantenida. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y cómodas, con todas las comodidades que podríamos desear. La cocina estaba bien equipada, lo cual fue genial porque nos encanta cocinar y disfrutar de comidas caseras durante nuestras vacaciones.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in the heart of Las Terrenas! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and markets. My kids absolutely loved the pool, which was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring.The property itself was in excellent condition—very clean, safe, gated, and secured. We felt right at home and spent quality family time here. Julio, the person in charge, was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to help. The cleaning lady, Josefina, was also wonderful, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We even treated ourselves to a massage, which was both relaxing and reasonably priced.It's because of people like Josefina, Julio, and Karliana that we keep coming back to Las Terrenas. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

This place is beyond beautiful. It's extremely clean and very spacious, the personnel is very friendly and helpful they go above and beyond of their responsibilities, the views and surroundings are incredibly amazing and there are no words that can fully describe this place and the people that worked to make this experience possible for our family. My family and I can highly recommend Loma Mar Villa and the Host for this Villa.

it was an amazing time, the property was exactly what we needed, plenty of rooms, convenient, close to beach, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend it.

Everything was very good. just as stated. I had a good peaceful weekend, very private. At last with the extra charge for the A/C , that they told me before and I have no issues paying for it, but they need to check the calculations for the meter. The formula they use is not correct. although they did charge me as I told them it should be calculated and they told me they will consult another technician to check it.I think is a minor issue in my case but someone with a long stay can be charged with a big electricity bill.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The infinity pool was amazing and the overall layout of the home made us feel very comfortable with our big group. Josefina was very communicative as well as Nelson and Danny who made sure we had everything we needed and supervised the premises. Would definitely come back next time we come to Las Terrenas.

I loved this villa! It reached all my expectations and had everything presented in the photos. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The hangout area outside was spacious and comfortable and the bbq grill worked for us perfectly! The area where the villa is located is very private and had lots of security. Ours hosts were super attentive and Nelson, our who met with us at the villa, was extremely attentive and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We had such a wonderful stay!!

Our stay at Villa Clarrisa V was mixed. While the grounds were picturesque, the nearby beach was crowded with boats. Despite this, we discovered more family-friendly beaches just a short drive away. The villa had its charms, but the rooms felt outdated and the kitchen lacked modern amenities. Julio, the housekeeper, was helpful, and Dulce's cooking service was exceptional. However, the cleaning service was inconsistent, and accessing the washer and dryer felt like unnecessary penny-pinching. In conclusion, improvements in cleaning services and kitchen updates are needed for a better experience.

The villa was gorgeous. The host and staff were extremely helpful. We accidentally left something behind and they worked diligently to get it back to us. Would definitely stay there again.
