I had a seriously bad experience during my recent visit to this gym on a personal note never missed a workout for years until visiting here, that was the first time in my life I have been treated this way especially by the owner Muarry is his name - I have been to tens of gyms over the years around the United States and this gym - owner and experienced feeling tops the worst of all time(from the shady additude by the owner to his erratic behavior - this business owner called me into his office and questioned me about my personal life pressing on answers while I obviously uncomfortable and continuing to ask while his members stand around him almost forcing the answers of a new member seriously problematic behavior over all) I seriously wish I never joined and regret trusting the team and 6 month price paid In Advance wish I never signed up here. Prison.
Dolphins Gym is a very good place to get in shape and improve your health. I am very fortunate to be paired with an excellent trainer George who is very experienced and is excited to see results in people he trains, and the results speak for them selves. In only four month of working out i see my body started to gain muscle and i am looking and feeling soo much better, even catch my self looking in mirror more often :)

Be EXTREMELY careful when joining Dolphin Gym because management is very shady...
Their Equipment is old, rusty but gets the job done. They did just add some real new nice equipment,too! I have no complaints here. I trained in Dolphin Gym for three years and was very happy with their equipment and my results. Deadlift, Squat, Over-head Press...no problem!
However, it is the Owners you need to be careful of. Murray, the owner, owned and operated three other Dolphin Gym Locations that were closed down for violations. Bronx, Queens and Midtown were former locations of his that are now permanently closed (I was a member of their Bronx Location). Members of these now closed locations received no notice --or refund-- for their membership time left! The Dolphin gym workers would sell membership "sales" all the time--even up till the last day of their closing with unbelievable deals; like, "$50 for six-months" or "add a family member to your membership for $30"! But then and without notice, Dolphin will close the next day leaving you without anything!
Be very careful when joining Dolphin Gym. The've done this scam several times--just read the other reviews and news articles about this!

I WILL NOT even give this establishment 1 star .There are nasty degenerate men that make female members very uncomfortable. They stare at your private areas ,take photos and touch you inappropriately.The owner is well aware of this behavior,multiple complaints have been made and nothing at all is done to rectify the issue.When trying to complain to management also they lie and say they arent management.Safety is the last thing of importance at this gym and money is obviously their only priority.I urge anyone looking to sign up here to think twice.There are much safer gyms who put safety and security first as it should be !!!
Not evwry gym will fit every person. Just moved to Brooklyn and ive visited every gym in the local area to find a home gym.
I got a day pass to check it out. The staff behind the counter was awesome and welcoming. I went to Crunch fitness and was ignored by staff on their phones so i just walked in.
You will find any and every machine you need here AND they have plenty of each so you won't have to wait. And that means you can hit muscles in every way possible. And all the machines are mostly grouped apart so you can find a spot with no one around and get a whole workout in.
I didn't run into a lot of kids just hanging out. Just mature people there to work out.
The only downside is that the less amount of time you sign up for, the more expensive the membership is. I move for work every 3 months so the per month amount of $$ is a little high, but I for me it's worth it for the 24 hours and the amount of equipment they have.

Elder men talk to little girls in this gym. This gym is disgusting. I see old guys talking and flirting with young females all the time and they got this nasty stare.
