A rolling kayak trip
Our guides, Luca and Davide, noted that the wind on our excursion day caused the strongest waves they had seen all season...it did not hold us back from heading out, but it did negate going into the caves...the rest of the trip went as advertised; and our leaders were professional and personable, before, during and after the excursion...would go on any kayak trip with either of them... would just suggest that any future kayaker help out by checking their kayak and equipment, instead of relying on Luca or Davide to catch everything with a large group...start with making sure your seat is locked into a good upright position, ensuring you don't slide around while paddling... Beautiful, scenic, good value. ~8km distance total
Beautiful evening, host was accommodating via WhatsApp. Scenic, beautiful. Wonderful host, and guide. Equipment is good quality. Beer, and focaccia provided. Just be prepared for approx 8km of kayaking.. 😂 the distance caught us unaware.. as it's not advertised here..

Beautiful experience
Beautiful experience, the guys super helpful and attentive. They provided us with all the necessary equipment and guided us to beaches accessible only by sea that otherwise we could not have visited. Extremely patient and responsive even when we flipped with the canoe and had to climb back up :) I absolutely recommend this tour.

We had a wonderful time at Interno10. The apartment itself is extremely clean, well appointed and in a perfect location. The bay was close as was everything else in town.
But the absolute best part was Teresa our host.
She not only answered every question we had, but also helped us organise a boat trip, told us about a local wine festival and helped us in every way possible.
One night when our key wasn’t working she reached us with a spare set of keys quite late in the night when most of La Spezia was in bed.
We were very grateful to Teresa for going above and beyond each day to make our stay special. I recommend Interno10 for a happy and comfortable stay in La Spezia.

Lovely tour, recommended!
We had a private tour with our guide Filippo at Portovenere. It was a very nice experience. Filippo knows very well what he is talking about, both about history, about the animals present and about geology. We saw mountain goats and even some big jellyfish. It was very interesting to get so much information. We stopped at a beach in between for a snack and a drink. It was nice to be able to chat with him, as we like to meet the national population and hear how things differ from our home country. Filippo also took a lot of nice pictures of us kayaking which was a nice touch. We thought this was one of the nicest experiences we've had on our travels. I would absolutely recommend it. Thanks again for this nice experience.
