Dodsworth Gas Services serviced our boiler yesterday. Andy, our engineer, was pleasant and polite, plus he shared some of his professional knowledge, which was interesting. He did the job efficiently and thoroughly, and left everything clean and tidy before he left.

There are no words to express what an absolutely INCREDIBLE service ! Darren, Ryan and this company are beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Professional, wise, kind, respectful and honest. They were here the whole day replacing an unbeknown to us, dangerous boiler … they have literally saved our lives. Arriving at 9am and not finishing until a perfect job was complete at 6pm! We are beyond grateful. Highly, Highly recommended! Thank you.

Dobsworth gas services limited took off 11 radiators for us and isolated them all (WF10)
Impeccable service from start to finish, kept in touch throughout. Arrived in a timely manner. All work was carried out throughly and we was explained to what the process would be and what would be better to do and the most cost effective way. The lad who came was extremely tidy, removed his shoes upon entering our house and respected our property by using dust covers. Highly recommend ????

Diaphragm on boiler replacement. (LS26)
Several plumbers before could not diagnose the problem of shower going hot and cold. Darren knew straight away. Despite have problems getting the old one out everything was sorted. These guys are tops. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Boiler Heat Exchange replacement (LS17)
Dodworth Gas Servies were extremely punctual, communicative and efficient. I was incredibly impressed by their description of the job, cost, time and how quickly they were able to fix my issue. Vicky in the service team was friendly and helpful and did a great job letting me know my options and when they could complete the work. I would very much recommend Dodworth Gas Services.

Had a New boiler fitted (LS28)
Had my old boiler removed and replaced with a new more efficient boiler. Also moved the boiler to a new location in the house. Staff were efficient and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with our new boiler. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Emergency central heating pipe repair (LS28)
Darren came out on a call out to initially look at a dripping pipe, he cut the pipe as a temporary measure to prevent anymore leaking and damage to the flooring. Andy came out to rectify this a few days later. He was on time, clean and tidy. Thank you to both Darren and Andy. Everything was explained and the best ways to rectify was discussed throughout. Thank you

This is a first for us, we never leave reviews, all the plumbers, heating engineers etc that have carried out work for us, have usually just been ok, and that's putting it mildly.
So from start to finish your company & Ryan who was amazing, and extremely tidy, putting protective plastic and covering down everywhere.
Thank you all, for a very professional job, oh and thank you so, so, much for the beautiful flowers, amazing.
