Ik snap niet dat er door zoveel mensen gesproken wordt over goede service. Ik ben de afgelopen week meerdere keren langs geweest, sta steeds voor een dichte deur. Telefoonnummer is niet in gebruik en er wordt niet gereageerd op de chatfunctie. Uiteindelijk via de site een afspraak ingepland, maar ook toen stond ik voor een dichte deur. Inmiddels maar opzoek gegaan naar een andere winkel.

2022 is the year I give up on "Doctor Mobile Den Haag" or "Phone Doctor Den Haag" or whatever they are calling themselves: Herengracht 8A, Den Haag. My phone was taken for repair in early 2020 (and payment). Battery was replaced once but didn't work (not their fault) and when they tried again (if?) the phone was never returned - April 2020 - Jan 2022. My phone is gone, also the money. Chat repeatedly says they will contact the business owner, nothing ever comes back. Never a response via email either (from the very beginning). I have tried all channels to get in contact with them and was FAR more than patient. Worst customer service ever experienced, truly zero respect. Good luck to you if you take your device there. I would call this my "stolen phone and cash stolen" experience.

BEWARE. 1 STAR is being kind. I made an appointment for Wednesday. Arrive. No one in shop. No door bell but instructions to use the Web chat on the website. (really useful if your phone is broken, oh wait it is and we are at phone repair shop!) I was told there was no one there, they had gone to get parts. OK how long will they be I asked "2 hours". I wasn't going to hang around so went home and made another appointment for Friday. Friday comes, it's raining, I go to shop, get wet, no one in shop again, use the Web chat function on my broken phone and I'm told my appointment is for saturday at 140p, errr no it's for today at 1300. Sorry we made a mistake on your appointment. OK but I'm here waiting, can someone let me in. No because guess what "they had gone for parts again". Total joke, be prepared to be messed about, I will not be back even if they did my phone for free. 60 minutes of my life lost thanks to this cowboy outfit. Will take my business where its wanted.

Very professional efficient friendly service. My phone was repaired on time and at the price I was told it would cost. I was kept informed by the store of when my phone would be ready to collect. Easy to find this business only 5mins walk from Centraal Station. If you're in need of a phone repair I would recommend this business. :)
