cannot recommend enough. the most calming and reassuring experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. thoughtful, holistic, and informed questions, very patient and gentle energy. seldom do doctors ask me what name I go by rather than assumig I go by the name on my ID/insurance and even less frequently do they ask my pronouns. I came all the way from bushwick to see dr. kupfer and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

She has patience, is caring and goes above and beyond to support the patient through the entire process resulting in customer satisfaction and optimum hearing! Dr. Kupfer was very professional and extremely helpful. She fitted new hearing aids that fit entirely in the ears. They sync with an app and can send sound from the tv directly to the hearing aids. She went through everything regarding the hearing aids and provided extras for my use. I recommend her in the highest terms.
Today is April 27th and I visited Dr. Kupfer Hadassah on April 8th and I'm still in a time zone reflecting on the tentative, personal attention she provided she was so caring and professional. What impressed me the most was her reviews, that is what motivated me to try her and O'Boy!!! She truly lived up to her reviews. She is such a lovely Doctor words can't express 😍 she is such a lovely Doctor so personable and caring. She has me as a patient for life.🥰🥰🥰

My name is Deborah, I first saw Dr. Kupfer in early March of 2019. From the time of that first appointment I felt very confident in Dr. Kupfer and all that she did to diagnose, understand, and help me to find the best solution to my hearing loss and to guide me through the experience. Dr Kupfer was extremely accomodating - she worked with my busy schedule and was able to schedule me when worled best for me. She was extremely professional and very thorough. She listened to my concerns and made sure to answer all of my questions. WOuld highly recommend.

Dr. Kupfer is an exceptional doctor. She is caring and patient, especially with seniors such as myself. I am 77 years old and not very technically aware. Though she is completely tech savvy with the latest equipment developments in Audiology. She gave me as much time as I needed until I felt comfortable with the adjustments. Knowing she is only a phone call away is a great comfort. I highly recommend her.

Our visit to Dr Kupfer was excellent. I brought my father to visit her for his hearing problem. She was very polite and understanding. She explain everything to my das as to the problem. The office was small but she had the most up to date equipment I’ve seen. I would recommend Dr Kupfer to my friends.

I accompanied my grandfather for his appointment with Doctor Kupfer, and she was very attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful! His hearing aid was not working properly but after Doctor Kupfer spent some time looking into the problem, she was able to fix it as good as new! Highly recommend Doctor Kupfer!

She is one of the best audiologists in New York. After having tried other audiologists to adjust my hearing aid and prescribe an appropriate hearing aid for my particular loss, Dr. Kupfer is the most competent and the very utmost best audiologist in New York.

Ms Kupfer was excellent. First of all, there was no "waiting", she took me immediately. I explained to her what my problem was, and she thoroughly analyzed my hearing aids and made the proper adjustments.
