Bsa lawsuit
I have been going through the lawsuit with the bsa with d miller as my lawyers since the begining of COVID my case manager has changed at least 5 times since the start of it all I have only talked to my lawyer once in this period of time as with in the last year things have kinda went down hill with contact with anyone in the office as I'm not legal savey and don't understand the legal papper work that's being sent to me I'm starting to get nervous things are just seeming weird to me lately and I don't understand why receiving my settlement seems drawn out .

My fiance has had an ongoing case with this law firm for 5 years now and he still hasn't received his settlement money, its like one thing after another holding him back from receiving the money he so deserves after being abused by the BSA. Just when we think this case is about to be settled there are more and more verifying documents needed to resume settlement. It feels like they are looking for any reason not to pay him out. I'm feeling like there is some type of alterior motive on dmillers part that is in their benefit and not my fiances. Many people have received their money so why hasn't my fiance gotten his? We barely keep our heads above water and this settlement could save our lives but I feel its never coming and no one has reassured us of anything because it's very difficult to communicate with anyone from this lawfirm. I just pray were not being scammed as this has been a painful nightmare for my fiance to come forward about his abuse and not be a priority to this lawfirm.

I've had them for over 5 years and the initial payment was finally paid to them January 26th 2026. and now all of a sudden they just ignore me THEY WONT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, AND AS IM READING THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THIS FIRM, THEY GET YOUR SETTLEMENT PAYMENT AND THEN TRY TO JUST DELAY PAYING THE CLIENT FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE... I READ AT LEAST 30 OTHER REVIEWS THAT THIS FIRM IS TRYING TO NOT PAY THE CLIENT THERE MONEY... IM GOING TO SCREEN SHOT EVERY REVIEW THAT MENTIONS THIS FIRM KEEPING CLIENTS MONEY AND IM GOING TO INCLUDE ALL THOSE SCREENSHOTS IN MY COMPLAINT TO THE BAR.. IM SURE CLIENTS HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST SO WHY IS THE BAR STILL ALLOWING THEM TO DO THIS TO CLIENTS?? THIS IS SO WRONG THE WAY THIS FIRM TREATS THE CLIENTS... I SENT MY EMAIL TO THE FIRM 19 DAYS AGO AND HAVE SENT A FEW MORE SINCE THEN AND IVE CALLED 4 TIMES AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM... PRETTY OBVIOUS THERE TRYING TO SCAM MONEY OR MAKE AS MUCH INTEREST OFF OF MY MONEY ALONG WITH THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER CLIENTS THAT THEY HAVE....THESE COMPLAINTS WILL CATCH UP TO YOU SOON ENOUGH BECAUSE THERES SO MANY PEOPLE THAT YOUR DOING THIS TO AND YOU WON'T BE DOING THIS VERY MUCH LONGER... ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BAR REALIZES THAT THIS IS A MASS PROBLEM AND NOT JUST 1 CLIENT THATS ANGRY.....

Well, for the past month, I’ve emailed three or four times with no response requesting information on my case I am a client. I’ve called every day 3 to 4 times a day for the past two weeks. No one will pick up the phone. I did get a gal to answer and she said that my case manager would be calling me back in 2 to 3 days it’s been four days and still no response. I’m getting very frustrated. The firm used to be very helpful and at least answer the phone when I called now I feel like I’m talking to a wall.

Same thing everytime I call about my case it been ongoing since 2022.and still no results I'll probably end up with a check for $1 after all there fees.dont use this firm if you want results

Used them for a class action. They will not return communications. After months of emails get zero replies to my questions. I strongly suggest not using them.
Edit- even after they replied I still haven’t been contacted.

Los recomiendo,excelentes abogados estamos actualmente en 2 casos con ellos y asta el momento todo a salido muy bien , solo alas personas les digo tengan mucha paciencia xq los que c tardan son aveces la aseguradora pero cuando les llega la demanda formal de parte de ellos ai si empieza a avanzar el caso.

After 3 years we received an incredible amount of $$$. I will say this...If you are thinking you will sue the person, you are wrong. The lawyer sued the insurance company of the other driver. When that wasn't enough, they went after OUR insurance company. We only used a lawyer because they other guy (who hit my husband) was using one. Had I know we were suing our OWN insurance company, we never would have done it. Now we are having a hard time finding insurance coverage.
Everyone that we dealt with at the firm was considerate and expedient EXCEPT for our lawyer, ANUJ. He is condescending and totally lacking in people skills.
