The Required Check in Checkmate Fiasco CVS informed me I had no refills available for my heart medication. I called DMC PC and learned I was overdue for a check-in to renew the prescription. I immediately made an appointment, but it was a month in the future and I was out of medication. I assumed they would write a temporary prescription given I made the appointment and apologized for not being aware of the required check-in visit. Well after spending most of day trying to get the prescription -- (3 calls, 3 portal emails, 3 Klara app messages) I still never got the temporary script and still don't know if I will. A nurse told me to never stop taking the medication due to the risk of stroke. So obviously it's a concern. However, I feel that they are blaming me for not making the appointment that I was unaware was required. It's like "maybe" the Doctor will write a temporary prescription. Geese thanks guys, it's only my heart -- yeah nail me to the cross for being unaware. I am not stupid, lazy, or difficult. I was simply unaware of the requirement. i would have made the appointment well in advance had I known. Great care.

I had an appointment for 10/17/23 at 8:30 am. at the Derry location. I took the morning off from work since I received numerous calls and texts to be sure I keep my appointment. 35 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that the appointment is cancelled and I can call back for another one. I told the office I was on my way-the answer call us back to reschedule. I am new to this practice and this would have been only my second visit. I have news for this practice! My time is valuable! This is not saying much for this practice! BEWARE!

Amazing Doctors - Crappy BUSINESS PRACTICE My Doctor at DMC Is amazing with great care and empathy for their clients. With that said the Business side of DMC is disgustingly insensitive and cold. I was seeing someone through the mental health part of the center for loss of a child, this was all done via telehealth and virtual therapy visits. the reception stopped calling to collect copayment and a racked up a small bill of a little over 100 dollars. I did not know there was a balance and would have gladly paid it as soon as I knew. they blocked my account shut down my therapy sessions with zero notice and today 6 months later I go to make an appointment due to level 10 sciatica pain and I am met with the collections department as if I am a criminal, treated like garbage. I have used DMC for over 10 years and if it were not for the 3 people I trust with my health and life over there I WOULDNT BE GOING. there has to be some values and moral when running a MEDICAL OFFICE. treating someone who has been a patient for over a decade like crap over a 100 dollar bill that you never collected or sent notice too is morally wrong, all it would take is a call saying Hey we noticed you have a past due balance would you mind taking care of that. ESCPEICIALY when said patient is seen more that 5 times a month most months for 10 years. Your Billing department is UNETHICAL and RUDE! and from the looks of other reviews I see on here I am not the only one who has had this issue. what a shame, If my doctor ever leaves your practice...... so will I. YOUR BILLING SPECIALISTS AND RECEPTIONISTS MAKE ME SICK, and your company has no standard or values other than a push for money instead of wanting to make people healthy. DISGUSTING

Not Happy with appt Made Appt for have nose cotorize due to several nose bleeds called on Saturday April 15.2023 switch board made appt for Monday April 17,2023 ..I THOUGHT I WAS ALLSET till I got there DR Bannister Says I DONT CORTERIZE but want to exam my nose , Before he did I ask again Your going corterize right ,He says again NO .So I said Doctor Im really sorry to take your time AND Mine , HE says With and Attatude YES YOU are TAKing my time ,, VERY RUDE COMMIT for a SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL I SAID .YOUR FIRED AND WALK OUT OF OFFICE THIS needs to be look into,

NEW PATIENT NOT ACCEPTED I needed a new Dr. and my sister recommended Dr Krosnof, I booked my appointment with the office and 3 times, the appointment has been cancelled, my appointment is now scheduled for June 19, not sure why this is happening!!!! Frustrating as heck, if you don't take new patient the website should indicate that. The person that calls to cancel the appointment and reschedule has no CLUE why this keeps happening....

Administrative Nightmares This practice is a nightmare to deal with. It takes months and multiple telephone calls to get a referral placed. They don’t call you back when you call in with a sick call question. I had a physical scheduled and the provider told me to get fasting labs a couple of weeks before. I fasted, went for the labs and the orders were not placed.

My schedule appointment online didn't schedule. Have had knee pain since November, 9 weeks and not getting better but worse. Saw a nurse who ordered an xray. Since it's not acute I get 6 weeks of PT before they do an MRI which is what I need. My quality of life sucks right now. Can not run can barely make it up and down stairs! 17 years ago I tore meniscus and it was repaired surgery right away.

Every few months my pharmacy dies not have one of my meds. And that means I need to call Dr’s office and have it sent to another store which has the Ned in stock. Whenever this happens it’s always a couple of days ordeal. They say we have it on high priority but that to them and what is is to me is completely two different things I am in severe pain. Oh they say we’ll take care of it but they don’t and I do not get notified that it wasn’t taken care of. I gave the best Dr he always takes care of it immediately but nobody else does. They call it patient care but they don’t care.

I love my experience with the doctors so far at Derry Medical in Bedford. Dr Strzalka and her PA, Dr Dan, are superb. Thorough and great listeners, very knowledgeable and caring. I felt comfortable during the visit.

Love DMC! I have been a patient for about 9 years and for about 4 or 5 years I have been seeing Jackie Orient Nathan. Jackie is amazing & always takes the time to research your diagnosis to understand your pain. She never just gives medication because you say you need it. She always offers different methods to possibly deal with your pain and if that doesn't work, the next time you go to see her she will have something else that she found that may help. She really cares about her patients!

Worst customer service, the doctors only care about money, if u ask for a referral u need at least 3 months to get it , if u ask question about a medication they will never give u call back, they only care about exams and tests to make money. They don’t care about the health of their patients .

I have been a patient at DMC Primary Care for nearly 40 years. Doctor Wheeler has been my Primary for nearly 30 years and the care I've received from him and his team has been exemplary. Most notable is the care I've received from Jackie Orent-Nathan for pain management. As one with chronic back pain Jackie has tirelessly had suggestions and recommendations for treatment for me. She clearly understands the nature of chronic pain and it's treatment. All in all DMC Primary Care had been my 1 stop center for medical care.

Derry Medical has gone downhill, or maybe just my doctor has. Dr Egenolf used to care about her patients but since COVID she only cares about rushing them out of the office. If you stay too long at your physical then she books the visit as a separate visit and charges you. This office needs to rethink their strategy as to their patients because when they rush people in and out, they miss things. This is how people get misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all, when they should be. If you’re unhappy with your job and don’t want to take the time to do the work required, you should probably find a new place to work.
