DM Locksmiths in Leicester Reviews

Mark, Shepshed I have used the services of DM Locksmiths a couple of times when I have got myself in trouble with lost keys and they always do a fantastic job. Many thanks to Richard who put a new lock on my garage door recently. Always professional and friendly, and with lots of helpful of advice. I highly recommend this company.

Jan & Terry Birstall Leicester Panic set in when we couldn’t open our back porch UPVC door. DM Locksmiths number was in our local trade directory and sounded hopeful. Very prompt response and Richard arrived next morning, a very amiable chap and soon explained his plan of action and possible outcomes. We were not very confident as the door is thirty plus years old but he assured us that he had never been beaten yet! Plan A didn’t work but he moved on to identify a broken gearbox which was swiftly removed. Two units on the van didn’t fit, but I might have one at home. Will see you early next day. Returned an hour later with a unit that he had constructed - resourceful man - and half an hour later the was as good as new, or better as the new parts were of better quality. Cannot recommend these people more highly. Richard is brilliant in every way. Considerate, sympathetic, explains everything in an easily understood way. A real credit to DM. Locksmiths.

Saturday service Fantastic service! Called Dave yesterday and managed to get Richard to visit us today (Saturday). What a knowledgeable chappy. Gave us some really useful information and got our patio door to lock properly. Would recommend this Company 100%. Thank you.

Great job! We needed the lock on our upvc conservstory replacing. You hear all sorts of nightmare stories about locksmiths but we needn't have worried. We were quited a price over the phone and that is what we ended up paying. The locksmith (Richard) was with us very quickly and did a good professional job. There were no hidden extra charges at the end and we are very satisfied. I would definitely recommend DM Locksmiths.
