Excellent experience with these guys! Understood what I needed , fast quote and got lovely patio door , back door & triple glazed windows . Small glitches dealt with afterwards really quickly & so pleasantly. Abs thrilled with my doors & windows!

Geoff came out and was very detailed about what the differences were, triple checked what way we wanted the windows (we went VERY different to our estate) and we had ordered our windows a few weeks before a "triple for the price of double" offer came out and upgraded us! Dave and Pavel were lovely, 2 half days of work and house spotless after. Many great comments in the last week! Heat retention has been amazing and noticeable from day 1! Highly recommend and will be recommending to anyone I know looking for anything upgraded :)

DK Windows recently completed work at my house, which included Aluclad windows and French doors, as well as a beautiful front door with side light. Mick and Sergio were an absolute pleasure to have around and the products were installed to the highest of standards and in an efficient time manner. I dealt with Declan on the sales side, who answered all of my queries and he was terrific throughout the whole process!

I got my windows replaced by DK Windows a few years ago. I got excellent service and excellent quality. The windows are working perfectly. Last week a small problem occurred with a handle, so I called them and Karl came over and fixed it straight away at no charge. Excellent customer service, great company, highly recommended.

Brilliant service and so efficient! They replaced a pane of glass for us and did it as quick as possible! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent from sales to install. On installation particularly the two men that came to install were fantastic. Very quick, incredibly tidy and a lovely finish. We had a tilled window ledge with the rest wood, they didnt damage any of the ledges or the tile and cleaned up continuously after themselves. Very happy with the product but also the care and attention to detail on the install. Highly recommend.

We had all our windows and front door replaced this week by DK and they did a fantastic job. The finish inside and outside is to a very high standard. They have made a huge difference to the heat retention and noise reduction. The difference from the old teak windows to the new bright colours inside and out makes a huge improvement. The team on site were friendly and very efficient and left everywhere so clean - a huge thanks to the team.

From Dylan at sales to Karl who did adjustments after installation, DK Windows were great to work with. They installed a front door for us which has required a few adjustments. No problem at all and Karl came out promptly and gave great advice. Thanks to all!

I have just received windows and door from DK windows and felt the need to write my review. To start the showroom is second to none - absolutely streets ahead of many others I had visited , with a large well set out showroom it makes the selection process a lot easier.The staff have excellent understanding of client needs combined with in depth knowledge of products they were able to guide me to what we received today. After deposit final measurements were taken by DK windows on site and installation date given. The team arrived today extremely professional/ on time / excellent work ethic and cleanliness throughout from start to completion. I would recommend anybody looking for windows and doors to give this company your consideration , Great value-knowledgeable staff-prompt-efficient-excellent installation . Absolute pleasure . Alan

Excellent service. I checked out numerous companies before going with DK Windows & Doors and they are by far the most efficient and friendly people to deal with. I dealt with Calin initially who was always responsive and helpful. The final result was perfect so a big thanks to the fitters, Dave and Pavel.

Christian and his brother Carlos did for me replacement of my old patio doors. They are both really nice and friendly guys and the quality of their work is just extraordinary. They slipped off the old doors, put a lot of focus on insulation around the doors which was in the recent doors the main problem of heat loss. Than they fit the new ones in and polished them to perfection. They were also very tidy and after the job left the room spotless. I can’t recommend them highly enough, it was one of the best customer experience in this field ever in Ireland. When I am about to replace also my windows - I book with yous again.

All good until we paid deposit. Then long waiting and we had to make several calls and emails until we moved forward. Absolutely no communication and we faced constant chassing. Initial installation of tripple glazed 4x windows and 1 balcony doors took 1 day all in. I was surprised how fast it went but when i seen the finishing quality i understood. 1 window was leaking ( replaced in couple of weeks ). All windows boards was cut terribly and had to be all changed, finishing around windows was bad. We got 2 visits to tidy up but I still spend a day to finish off myself. My biggest issue tho is the quality of windows. Everytime the outside temperature drop below +5 the window frames sweat, water dripps from balcony lock, wooden floor below balcony doors is all wet etc. They sent a guy to inspect and obviously he said any issue like that is interior humidity. We are using infrared heating, purchased washing machine with tumble drier etc but the problem never went. There was a guy sent over again to inspect while there was +13 outside and obviously he didnt find anything wrong. Anyway we have no energy to deal with that anymore and we will just live with it. But i can guarantee the windows quality is not there. Tripple glazed windows and their frame should deal easily with them temperatures.

Christian fitted our new door recently. I can honestly say that he was a consummate professional. He took enormous pride in his work, was very effective in working around a couple of tricky issues. He was also very pleasant and helpful, even applying external seal to an upstairs window which he noticed had not been done. This was really going above and beyond and I appreciated it greatly. I highly recommend this company, their products are high quality and aesthetically pleasing. And I also highly recommend Christian as a superb craftsman and a really decent fella. Thanks very much.

I recently bought a single kicthen window from DK and couldnt be happier with the service. Great initial consultation, the sales guy Geoff was really helpful. The guy who came to measure was polite and helpful. The 2 gents who came to install it today were brilliant. Not only were they polite, clean and did a great job they also advised me how to fix my front door which wasnt an ask of them. Im delighted with my new window and the service and would definitely recommend DK. Hugh - Greystones.

Darren did a great job fitting my new Palladio door in Cabra. It was a really neat job. He came back the next day to clean some adhesive that was left on the door frame which was great. Would recommend!
