ZANTAC SETTLEMENT I too have experienced the BS when it comes to finally getting paid from Pzifer and the other companies that paid out millions for the victims. The first settlement was for over nine thousand and I received seven hundred dollars. They say they are checking for liens from Medical or Medicaid but I told them I never had either of those two when I was treating my cancer. I had private insurance and they have had my case for over 3 years. I want to make a complaint to the Bar or start a class action. If anyone is interested in doing this let me know.

You cannot trust anyone anymore. Not even the attorney who is about to take 40% of a settlement that I was handed off to Keller Postman from another law firm who decided that they were not equipped to handle my case after accepting me as a client and making all kinds of promises. I have accepted and signed seven different settlement offers from seven different pharmaceutical companies. Pfizer being the first in October of 24 and the rest over the next 4 months. I was told 3 to 4 months till payment. I was told possibly 8 months till payment. I have been told in two weeks at least 3 times. I have been told these alternative facts so many times that i stopped asking when and began asking simpler questions just to assure myself that i did not imagine the entire thing. Questions like " did i really sign seven settlement offers and totalling more than $100,000 and never receive a penny. Thank god someone at Keller Postman was able to verify that i did not imagine all of this. I am do disgusted with K.P. i cant see straight. I have no clue who they paid to write any reviews that are even close to positive. The company has the communication skills of a 4 year old and the integrity of our current president. Thank you Keller Postman for absolutely destroying the last vestibules of faith i had in anything righteous in this world. Happy Cancer!

Still waiting for payment My case was initially sent to Keller postman from another attorney office. In the beginning, there was lots of communication and after an extended period of time settlement were offered, and I accepted only to find out instead of the standard fee that mine was 45%. I was never told that upfront that I recall. I am a cancer survivor with lasting repercussions and feel that the settlement should’ve been larger but after so many years was done with the process. I was initially towed payout from Pfizer would be an April and in June I got about 1/10 of the payout with the rest being held in escrow for lien resolution. Apparently having to wait for Insurance to clear the rest for Payment. I am still waiting and every phone call I make I get the same script. Read to me. My insurance has sent me letters saying that my attorneys have received confirmation and I don’t understand why I keep getting the runaround on the money they have held back if there are no liens. GSK has also settled in paperwork has been signed. The payout is supposed to be in October, which, if it goes the way Pfizer has would mean probably a little small portion given to me in February. Then another who knows how long before the bulk of the payout. As I said earlier, 45% out of the payout they gave me after going through two years of cancer treatment that was extremely intense and now dealing with the after effects more than likely for the rest of my life, barring the cancer returning God forbid. I understand why I attorneys do the class actions because that’s where they make the big money, but 45 to 50% seems extremely excessive, especially to those of us they have dealt with in our dealing with cancer. Just hope the remainder of the Pfizer comes soon and that GSK is not a repeat of this experience. Makes me wish I had chosen my own attorney at this point.

Terrible disaster Terrible experience with this firm I hired in the area of communication. They all (lawyers and case workers) share one generic email. They do not respond to calls, texts or show much effort or attention to detail. They do not pay attention to documents sent. Anytime I called, I rarely spoke with the same case manger. My family experienced some Power of Attorney drama and they were also no help here. They appear to only care about their cut. The settlement is likely ending up in the wrong hands now. They did little to no work but will get close to 40% of settlement. Do not hire this firm.

Pocket change This is regarding the Zantac case the manufacturer s of Zantac paid a settlements to about 10000 clients Pfizer paid 200 millions for 10000 case and GSK paid 2.2 Billion for 80000 ,Sanofi paid 250 millions how much this firm paid the highest for their cancer patients who their lives were damaged because of the product $6000 only most of clients got an offer of $1750 and if you refuse the offer they will drop you from the case imagine a firm gets 1.4 billions and pay $1750 for these cancer patients and they will defend the manufacture companies when you say something,please be careful dealing with them they will use your pain and they will throw you a pocket change if you win the case Do not believe them don’t make the mistake we made

They tell you you won a settlement and send me a link to sign documents and it doesn't work so they will keep my settlement cause I will never be able to sign a fraud link i I will be reporting it to the BBB . Don't ever use this fraud attorneys

It was a great experience working with Keller Postman. They treared with respect and warmth. They kept us up to date through out the entire process. I would recomend them to anybody. Even though they have many clients you feel like they were working just for you.

I feel like I was duped into signing a contract online for this law firm to receive 40% of my settlement,I don't recall seeing that part on the online contract that I signed! I was lead to believe that they would research my past claim and find my tracking number to amend it to the new case, but that didn't happen, I could have just used an representative to file simple paperwork for a fee of$125.00 just like everyone else did! They really tricked me out of the majority of my payment.. I do not recommend this law firm!! Highly disappointed,I wish that I could sue them!!

I am extremely frustrated with Keller Postman Law Firm due to their complete lack of communication and delays regarding my case. Despite the 3M Class Action Settlement being finalized awhile ago (and my FIFO number is now due for payment) I have yet to receive ANY information or updates on payment. They legally have to pay me within a small window and nearly 30 days has lapsed. I have reached out multiple times, but my concerns have been met with zero information. Given my background working in a law firm, I understand the process for payment dispersal and regulations, and it is unacceptable for a firm to delay payments this long. It seems like they are collecting interest on veterans' settlements while we continue to suffer. I am going to contact the judge next week to address this issue and explore possible actions to hold this firm accountable. If you value timely and transparent service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. ***Revised as of 8/13/24*** As of yesterday they finally reached out to let me know payment was ready, however when I inspected the breakdown in lawyers fees; they are taking more than what is allotted by law and the judge. I'm getting less than 50% for a lifetime of suffering. This is illegal! I'm still awaiting comments regarding these miscellaneous fees and will NOT sign any documentation until further review. I did take this information to the Judge as well as Brown Greer and we are working on things to get sorted and what steps to take. If I don't hear back by EOD today I'm going to seek further action which will not benefit KP in anyway. This is highway robbery- steer clear. I'm waiting for you KP; ball has been in your court this whole time. This is what happens when you do unreasonable things to reasonable people.

Starting off, this company was very much helpful. It's been 3 years, and communication has practically ended. I've emailed and called, they system now says I'm in queue, no one picks up. If you choose the option to get a call back, they don't call back. I'm starting to think I'll need to reach out to the News Channel on this. I'm now reading newer reviews that are identical to mine. I'm a client that signed up for the NEC Baby Formula lawsuit due to death. I was told in the beginning that my case had to be presented quickly. Everything was done in a timely manner. Another thing I noticed is this, the Estate company stopped calling as well. I've emailed them as well. No reply. I'm starting to believe it's a set up/scam. Will we ever see our settlements or just be victims of a "grey area" attorney scam? I'll be reaching out to my local news channel, they have a segment for situations like this. Hopefully they can reach out and get results.

Wow what a great claim experience for me from Keller Postman, from the beginning of filing my claim all the way to settlement. They told me it would take time in months or years from filing. I was kept inform with several virtual town halls, emails, and phone calls. I was patient and allowed them to use their expertise to help me. I was able to give them proof of living on military housing, copies of my medical records, with the beginning and discover of my specific type of leukemia. I have always felt at peace and trusting with this litigation team from the very beginning to my Settlement Attorney, Maureen Bulgarian. She spoke to me several times by phone and email. She told me what the Navy was offering me and gave me options to think about. This was not just take it or go to litigation. There was a team of attorneys who discussed the cases and suggestion options for each case. This is a trustwothy team and thank them whole heartedly for their work and care of my claim.

When choosing someone to represent you in a lawsuit you are putting your outcome in their hands. Therefore it’s of the upmost importance you can trust and rely on this firm to display the highest level of professionalism not just inside a courtroom but also with you as their client. Their success professionally relies on getting results but also by their reputation as well. Keeping their clients informed throughout the whole process should be one of the top priorities. After all, they are getting paid almost half of your compensation which is ridiculous considering they make a living off of other peoples misfortune. It’s a crying shame there has been very little to no correspondence from this firm and my family in approximately three years now about our case. We can’t even get replies to our several attempts to making contact to find out what is going on. That does not give my family any reassurance about choosing this firm to be our advocate on our behalf much less having any empathy for our loss’s. But I have no doubts that you’ll have no problem getting paid nicely thanks to that loss. How shameful, insensitive and very unprofessional.

👍 This is a high-tier law firm that utilizes multiple technological resources to ensure cases are managed responsibly. 👎 That said, this law firm is a case factory. Cases are on an assembly line, and it would be helpful to have an understanding at the beginning of how long mass torts tend to last (3-5 years, on average). 🤜 All client contacts are managed through a Case Manager, who may not be at the office. Case managers have said *they* do not have a way to directly communicate with the attorneys immediately about cases. 👎 Getting in contact with an attorney is incredibly difficult. Depending of the issue, it can take anywhere from a day to over a week for an attorney to return a call.

I wish that I could say something positive about Keller-Postman but I just can't. The communication between the attorneys/staff and myself is nothing short of abysmal. Numerous times I have made phone calls and emails, nothing. I can still hear the crickets chirping. I do understand that these things take time but exactly 3 communications in 3 years and only responding to an email once? Hmmmm
