7/2/24 I brought in 4 wheels and tires to have dismounted and then remounted and balanced after refinishing the wheels to fix curb rash by the previous owner I ended up getting the wheels back with every one being scratched or chipped They claim that the paint was tacky and not cured even though I did all the prep work correctly and followed all the directions on the paint leaving two full extra days for them to cure before bringing them back in I was frustrated that I hadn’t been called to explain what was happening but talking to the gm Mike, there may have even been a mixup with them not having the correct phone number on file 7/8/24 I got a call from the gm Mike saying he wanted to make the situation right and after talking we did decide on a solution that I feel is fair for both parties I appreciate how quickly they reached back out to figure out a solution Although no business wants bad reviews, it did seem like he actually wanted to find a solution and never even mentioned changing the review so I feel it was actually to make it right with a customer and I respect that

This place is so great! A few of my highlights. 1) When they open, they prioritize customers by who pulled into the parking lot, not who is standing at the door. Love it. 2) Cost and care of customers. They patched my tire for free. 3) They are so fast. I was expecting 2-3 hours. It took them maybe 20 minutes.

I highly recommend this Discount Tire location, especially for car/truck enthusiast looking for a competent tire shop. I came in to the shop today to have a set of all-terrain tires mounted on aftermarket wheels. Before I even made it inside the building I was greeted by a member of the staff. The staff was great to interact with the entire time. I could see the staff out in the bays working on my truck, and I could tell they were very meticulous and cognizant while mounting tires on aftermarket wheels. Furthermore, the staff made it a point to interact with other customers before they even made it inside of the building. This location appears to operate under some very positive leadership. I will most definitely be a returning customer to this location; great job!

A quick check-up on a low tire led to Kyle saving the day! He spotted a puncture in a low tire of mine and explained what was going on succinctly and kindly, then let me know the best way Discount Tire could help me. Thankfully, the kind of tires I needed were in stock. I went inside and Danny greeted me cheerfully despite a long line that had swarmed upon him last minute. He was quick, personable, knowledgeable, and unfaltering in demeanor. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half despite being an urgent walk-in! Thank you, Kyle and Danny! Great service! I'm on a lot of construction sites and get a lot of nails and screws in my tires. They always fix them for free and seemed genuinely happy to do it!
