Paid for an alignment. Vehicle still pulling to the right. They have no idea as to why. Waste of money. Discount Tire inspected and rotated tires 3 weeks before alignment. All tires were evenly worn with 6/10 tread.

Guys in the shop hype each other up to get their work done and blast good music. Kevin is great to work with at the front desk. Great work environment from what I saw. I highly recommend this location if you want to be in and out quickly and have a good experience!!

Arrived at appointment time and waited for service guy for a while. Two services guys came running to answer two phone calls but ignored customers waiting for service in the shop.

Trash customer service, always looking for a reason to not fulfill their end of the bargain and charge you more.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My service needs included tire repair, tire replacement, and a new lug nut kit, and I was in and out in roughly an hour.

I had a Volleyball tournament in town and manage to get a flat tire. I was in and out so quick, thanks to the great people who work there. Special thanks to Tristan. I was able to get back to the tournament and know my 2 hr trip home would be safer.

Update. I went back to get the tires rotated and balanced because I paid for that knowing that two of the tires were at 25 psi which is well below the 34 PSI amount they should be, they rotate the tires but never checked the PSI and halfway home the TPMS monitors are going bonkers because they didn't do what they should have done. Ive been a discount tire person for years and today is just another reason why. I had to bring my car back because the day after getting the tires rotated one of the tires was flat. They got me in and I was getting annoyed because it was taking a while but when I asked why it was because they'd found another issue and long story short gave me a brand new tire for free with zero charge. I didn't have to whine complain yell or tell them I was angry that I had to come back they just did it before I could even raise a stink.

Dropped my wheel with puncture tire in the morning. 1 hour later received the call "tire all good and fixed ". When I came to pick up and ready to pay, they said no, it's free, we like to take care of people. No charge. What??? Never ever I received any service free. Just woow, amazing customer service 👏 👌 😍

Great service, friendly staff all the way through the process and good pricing. Also, the inside has been remodeled that too looks great. Highly recommend.

In September 2024 had my vehicle worked on an 2 days later it catches fire going down the road. Vehicle had no issues. reported a claim to their insurance carrier and they did nothing to help. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and wish I could give negative...I had been a customer their on several occasions but never again

I like to thank Elias here for his service I called about a tire pressure and sensors work end up having to get 2 new tires everything was done so fast just feeling grateful!! manager please recognize his work

The group at Carmel Discount tire is just top notch. I ruined a new tire at 4:50p.m., they close at 5. They got me in, replaced my tire and sent me on my way. Traveling to Wisconsin, it's going to be -20 degrees tonight. Just can't say thank you enough!!!
