I suggest ordering local to your location. Unfortunately if you need a return it is a long tedious process, even if you haven’t even opened the packing!! I ordered the filter by the number on the old one. I was sent the wrong one but have to send emails back and forth just to get a return slip to return this unopened filter. A return should not be so difficult!!
Great customer service! This is the only place I purchase filters from. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and needed to act quickly, so I went ahead and ordered the correct size right away. Life moves at 1000 mph, and months later I realized I had never reached out to customer service to see if I could return the incorrect item for a refund. They first asked if I needed the filters replaced with the correct size, but I chose to return them instead. They issued me a QR code, and I simply took the box to my local shipping store. I had my refund that same week—outstanding service!
I wasn’t sure of the right filter for my refrigerator and ordered the wrong ones. Even though it took me a couple of weeks to check them out and realize I had the wrong ones, customer service was quick to respond, helped me figure out which ones I needed and got the correct ones out to me right away. I felt the prices were very reasonable, shipping was fast, and I can’t say enough good about their customer service.
Just received my order of custom size air filters. My size is 13 1/4 x 35 1/4. Can't buy that size. Discount Filters did a Great job custom making these filters at a much cheaper cost than last company I ordered from. I will reorder when needed. Very pleased.

I had to buy a set of their charcoal filters since one of my Berkeley filters broke and I’m so shocked by how it takes minutes to filter out 2.5 gal of water when the Berkeley filters took around and hour to hour and a half. I don’t believe we’re getting a quality product from discount filters and they charge near premium price for theirs which I can taste a huge difference between the two filters. I won’t be buying from them again and if your looking for quality stick with the OEM since I believe they’ll last the 3300 gal of clean drinking water.

And the filters were incorrect, took too long and the cherry was the rude unsatisfied man answering the line after 9 minutes Mon hold. Simutanoously while telling me I'm next in line to be heard. This company is an absolute SCAM! Sure, they send you what you bought, but they do not let you return it. I filed a return request on their website two weeks ago and never got a response. There is no one to pick up on their customer service line - after being on hold for 30 minutes, I got an automated voice telling me that "the call was no longer available" whatever that means. I started to email with a "customer service rep" of theirs about making the return and once I asked about next steps for making the return, she went ghost. Just know that places like this are taking advantage of hardworking people, who are usually in some type of admin assistant position and don't get paid enough to go on a wild goose chase trying to get ahold of a random equipment manufacturer in a flyover state.
