When my car wouldn't start I needed to be towed to a mechanic. Although they were busy and had been working through the night, they made time for me and were able to give me a tow at a very reasonable rate. They were also nice enough to talk me through what might be going on with my car over the phone. When you're facing an emergency and a business is compassionate and kind like they were, it makes all the difference. Thank you!

My truck just quit running on I-45 just south of Buffalo on an early Friday evening. I had my horse trailer and horses with me creating a larger problem. My roadside assistance (USRider) was unable to find any wrecker service available to respond - inconceivable to me when they refused service. We finally reached out further, but toward home, where Huntsville Discount Wrecker responded quickly, gladly, and professionally. My trailer had to be picked up by friends so I never actually met my service tech but John was in constant contact advising me when it was picked up, in route, and once dropped off at the dealership. I hope to never need wrecker service again but I know who to call with confidence!! Thank you for that assurance!!

I called to get my car back and to make sure it was there and drove there and called again since there was nobody there and they told me I should’ve called in advanced and had to wait over 45 minutes outside for someone to come work the office at 3pm.
