Weren't the cheapest weren't the most expensive. Went with them because I liked the owner/sale rep Elliot. Told me intially it was his specific worker doing my roof, sub contractors showed. I asked him and it turned into they most sub contract to me. Told me any issues talk to Bal On site. Mentioned 3-4 outstanding issues as they stripped the roof, paper it, and re roofed and kept being told yes ,yes they were going to fix it. Job wraps up and they don't fix the high/low spots,nails, sticking through, and water pouring off my fascia boards when it rains. Damaged my vinyl siding and tried denying it. Paid my bill, have called/texted/emailed/fb messaged, never called/texted back,messaged on FB once said contact me Monday, and proof once again. Save yourself the hassle and money

Elliot and Parker were incredible to deal with. They were very thorough to ensure we understood the entire process and that we received exactly what we wanted. Parker was always available and was able to work with our busy schedule to find a. Date that worked best for us. The onsite crew were very professional and organized. They made sure at the end of each day that our yard was clean and all their materials were reorganized in a neat and tidy manner. We are extremely happy with our new roof, fascia boards and gutters!

We were lucky to find Parker, who unlike the other local businesses we contacted never even got back to us. He replied right away and was knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we were after and sent us a quote one hour later, which by the way was much less than the other quotes we got. In this day and age it is so refreshing to find someone that actually wants the work. He was here right to the day and hour he gave us, we would highly recommend him. When we need the rest of our metal for our roof he will be our first call. Thanks again, Al and Lori

From my initial interaction with the Direct owner to the project manager to the foreman to the crew, the professionalism and quality of work was evident throughout the project. There was no hidden costs and they stood by their quote. The crew was always punctual and ensured the roof and site was properly secured when they were done for the day. Direct was highly recommended to me from a friend in the construction industry and I would not hesitate to pass on the same recommendation.

Did not show up for the prebooked repair appointment for leaky roof issue, did not call either. When my wife called Elliot, he kept repeating over and over and over... again what a small job we are and has difficulty in honoring the appointment, even with the prebooking. Taves Roofing was able to help us within half an hour from calling them, Cory was amazing, respectful and actually properly diagnosed the true cause for the roof leak. We will give them priority with the new roof to be done. Thank you Taves Roofing for helping us, thank you Cory, you deserve a 10 star review not just a 5 star.

Super thrilled with the product and service of this company. They installed a PVC product for my low sloop roof and were very quick and professional. I didn't have to manage them at all as they were quick and always left the work site clean.

This year we had to replace our roof, as expected this is a daunting task, we were nervous how much it would cost and in an older house you never know what could go wrong but Direct Roofing and their team did an outstanding job. They stuck to the budget ! And their quote was extremely competitive, when we did run into the odd extra cost because of the age of the house we were presented with options. These guys worked in extreme temperatures, showed up early and the whole team was an absolute pleasure. We really couldn’t recommend Direct Roofing anymore I’m so happy I came across them and I will use them in the future for metal installation on other parts of the house. I contacted Direct Roofing to inquire about getting my roof, gutters, downspouts, and facia replaced / updated. The initial quote was very quick and comprehensive and it was clear Parker knew what he was doing. The work done on the roof, which was the whole meal deal, was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided including the follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Not the kind of characters you want in such an important business as waterproofing residential and commercial projects.....

Very quick to come to my house to visualize/ confirm the very small leak I had around my brick chimney. (1 day after leaving a message with their answering service and specifically stating it was NOT an emergency.) Beware that some visits entail a $185.00 service fee depending on the circumstances. I was told by them that lots of people just want an assessment of a leak and then will fix it themselves or go to C. List for a cheaper contractor. I did get a verbal quote that took all of 10 minutes to determine .but it was beyond my budget so I gratefully declined. I also easily got 2 other quotes for no charge/ sales pressure. I cant imagine getting the standard 2 to 3 quotes for a roofing repair and paying almost $ 200.00 each time as an inspection fee! Other than that, beware their website implies they have 5 locations but was told they are just PO boxes (mailing addresses).,...interesting. Update : These multiple "mailing addresses" quickly disappeared off their web site after calling them out on it.

Parker and Malcolm were great. I gave this company a call early morning, got a call back relatively soon after. Explained my issue to Parker who was very understanding and said they could be out within 2hrs. They were on time, and very professional. They quite quickly found the source of the leak and inspected other areas to ensure no other issues existed. All of this was done within their initial service charge so they are very cognizant and respectful of the time and billing. Would highly recommend for any roofing service you require. Thanks

We highly recommend this company. We have a 47 yr old home and the roof was nearing it’s 2nd life span. After getting the run around by another roofing company I decided to give Direct Roofing a quick e-mail for a quote request. The next day Elliot called and we arranged a date to meet. Elliot was on time, professional, answered all our questions and had a product/warranty package prepared to leave with us. That same day he followed up with a quote, which was competitive to other quotes we received. The following week they completed our new PVC roof with new facia boards, downspout catchments and flashing. You couldn’t even tell that they were there. Clean up everyday, no debris left, and they made sure to cover our new deck to protect it. Great team, exceptional workmanship and price exactly spot on.
