Anthony, the owner of Diligent Home Improvements, was a pleasure to work with and I am already a repeat customer. I first called Anthony for an estimate to create an open floor plan in my hi-ranch. He arrived within a few hours and I knew shortly after that he was the right man for the job. His prices are fair, he’s not pushy, he listens and he really does make your vision come true but adds to it and makes it even better! He’s licensed/insured and works on your home as if it’s his own, cleaning up so well at the end of each day. The first project for my kitchen involved installing a column to replace a load bearing wall, rip out ceramic floors and install wood floors, install drywall, paint, remove old and install new backsplash, electrical work, refinish cabinets to white, island install - and it turned out amazing! I was so pleased, I called him again to remodel my bathroom and then build a custom built-out wall unit for a new tv and electric fireplace! He’s also a great guy and really makes sure that you’re happy and satisfied. I know I’ll be using him again … recommend anyone to do the same!

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. From the first day that he arrived to renovate our bathroom he was very precise and helped us with everything that we needed done. Called Diligent to get a quote on some work I was looking to get done. Was readily available to come over that night. After inspecting the work i had originally requested done, did a once-over of the rest of house, and recommended what he thought should also be addressed at some point. Picked up on all my projects that I was planning on getting to at some point. Having said that, he did not push any of the said work at all. Presented what he found, and what he can do, for what price, in a friendly, professional manner. Anthony is a super personable guy, who i had zero problems trusting. Want to talk about trustworthy? I'm usually hesitant when someone says, if you have a key I can do work when you're not home. Had no problem with providing spare key. He did not disappoint. Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. By the time I got home from work, everything was complete and not a speck of dust. I really can't say enough nice things. Highly recommend for any and all home improvement projects. Incredibly knowledgeable and very happy with work provided. All for a reasonable price. Will definitely look to them for future projects going forward

Had them redo my bathroom. It came out even better then I had ever hoped for going into the process. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable and the work done came out amazing. I'd highly recommend them for any home improvement needed.

I thought there was no hope for the fence in the backyard until Diligent Home Improvements and Anthony promised to replace the two fences, one chain and the other wood AND not destroy any of the specialty plants growing along and up the fences. Now, my yard looks beautiful; I have an upgrade to my property and all my plants are still intact. Thank you, Anthony!

I had my roof replaced by Diligent Home Improvement there was no pressure of any kind and the job was handled with total professionalism. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Anthony was a very nice guy from the very beginning. Some individuals that come to do estimates force the work on you and make u feel like you are wasting they're time but Anthony was nothing like that. Very approachable and will answer every question u have for him. Best overall experience I've had with any work I've ever needed done in my home. Diligent is the perfect name for his company. This guy gets it done. Highly recommended. All contraction was done as part of a 203k rehabilitation Mortgage. To date I've had "Diligent" back 5 times to get more projects done. Diligent Home Improvements Inc. is a qualified 203k contractor which made things super easy for my family and I. They took care of everything.

I am having Anthony here for the second time and will continue to call him for all future home improvements. Our home is 40 years old and we have had many contractors here in the past. But, none of them have been as Diligent as Anthony! The first time he painted our fireplace, and all the many doors in our home. They look beautiful. Now he is here to work on our deck. Anthony is a true professional. He gives you all the information that you need before the job is started and will answer any questions that you may have. When he is finished, the house is so clean that you would never know that work was done. He is efficient, uses top end materials and finishes the job in a timely manner. He is a wonderful, caring person and I HIGHLY recommend him.
