Bryan V. did a great job helping us by purchase a restaurant near old town Scottsdale. He had the listing for the place, but managed to represent the sellers as well as the buyers. He is very honest, trustworthy and returns calls. Actually he was the very first restaurant broker that actually returned calls promptly. His paperwork, attention to detail and professionalism was👍.
