My father has been admitted in this hospital twice this year in the icu.the hospital is well maintained in terms of latest equipment, staff,cleanliness. I would like to thank dr anfas for the timely treatment provided ,all the nurses and ward boys who dealt patiently with my father, the security guard faisal ahmed who has been extremely strict following the policy of the hospital of not entertaining visitors apart from the mentioned timings but motivating and encouraging the patient inside the ward to have faith in the doctors and staff and cooperate with them.
A very good and effective management. They're doing well in all aspects. Though the construction of the hospital looks amusing but the staff and management are top notch. The checkup department is very well behaved and they gave me a well laid back experience for attending all the required tests.
I am 35 years old and was struggling with high BP, anxiety, and stress. Dr. Sadiq Azam ( Cardiologist ) sir guided me with so much care and helped me bring my BP and pulse rate under control. The medicines he prescribed worked very effectively, and my pulse rate reduced significantly.
Unlike many corporate doctors, he is genuine, kind, and truly cares about his patients. He listens patiently, understands the problem, and gives the right treatment without creating fear or stress.
His assistant, Jyothi, is also very professional and supportive, and takes great care of patients.
I am very grateful to have met Dr. Sadiq Azam sir. Highly recommended!

At around 10:00 AM on 2nd December, my mother was in the ICU on the 6th floor. The ICU nurse gave me a bill to pay at the counter. I paid the bill and returned, but the security guard on duty behaved very disrespectfully. He told me, โThat is my bill you just paid,โ which is completely unacceptable.
When I questioned him, he changed his story and said the staff gave me the bill โby mistake.โ His behaviour was suspicious and unprofessional.
I strongly request the management to check the CCTV cameras and speak with the ICU medical staff. A security guard should not be involved in patient bills or make such comments. This behaviour is disappointing and very unprofessional, especially in an ICU area.
I request the management to go through this matter properly. If this issue is ignored, it will seem like the management is also allowing this behaviour.
This hospital should be closed because of their Doctors (DR. MOIN.. so called ER Physician)... I had a terrible experience this evening.. I got minor scratch ON THE LEFT FOREARM from a stray cat but in the prescription, they mentioned it's my RIGHT FOREARM.. They DIDNT CHECK MY VITALS.. but in the prescription they mentioned that THEY MENTIONED THAT THEY CHECKED MY VITALS AND PERFORMED SYSTEMATIC EXAMINATION... MOIN AND HIS TEAM are least apologetic for their mistake and have great SKILLS TO MAKE MONEY FROM THEIR PATIENTS.. @MOIN Your karma will hit you very soon...
NOTE - I was just there to get a TT AND ANTI RABIES INJECTION for which a prescription was handed over with all wrong details just so they can charge me 600 Rs.. in addition to that I paid 435 for the injection..
If you really want your loved ones to be saved.. keep them away from Mythri's doctor..
Dr Nadeem Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable, Kind and supportive. He listened to every concern and explained the treatment plan clearly and guided us step by step...
His Positive nature and confidence helped my Mother stay strong throughout the treatment He treated my mother with kindness and care .. We are forever grateful to you.. You are absolutely an Angel in white coat !

Expect the doctor and nurse the whole administration is bad, insurance people and MOD are rude and are just escaping from the work, no proper response to anything and any doubt. Horrible experience

Crystal mythri unit 2 has good doctors and staff I have been there for my mother the nurses at icu is very cooperative and friendly specially the cardio department manager mr mustafa has guided us & supported us throughout our stay at hospital
