Wendy deals with everything with speed, efficiency and always in a friendly manner. Dan, the engineer has been brilliant, going above and beyond, to solve any issues as they arise. I couldn't recommend TouchTec more.

Finding a reliable Photocopy supplier has not been our forte over the years. However, since introduced to Touchtec we have never looked back. Reliable, competitively priced and highly efficient to deal with. I was also impressed with how they have dealt with the changing needs of their customers during Covid 19 Lockdown, something that not all suppliers have been willing to engage with. Touchtec have certainly understood that as partner businesses we are all in this together.

I have been customers of Touch Tec Solutions for 5 years, we have never had a poor quality service. They offer an "Excellent" service from the point of the phone call to the service delivery. The receptionist is always professional, helpful, warm, friendly and easy to communicate with. When I place an order it arrives the next day, when I request a service an engineer speaks with me on the phone the same day or will visit the next day. I can highly recommend TouchTec Solutions.

TouchTec demonstrated excellent customer service whenever I contacted them. Having new print and toner cartridges sent out automatically is a great weight off the company's shoulders. When we needed assistance disposing of our empties, our contact Wendy always went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Could not recommend them enough.

We have had a good working relationship with TouchTec for a few years now, supplying copiers and service to our UK language schools and I cannot rate them highly enough. Any problems are dealt with immediately (not that we really ever have any!!) and the customer service is second to none. Rob and Wendy are absolute ambassadors for the company and I would highly recommend them.

I use their service on behalf of Classic Fresh Foods. I was using a few other companies before however nothing like TouchTec Solutions! They are professionals just like all the other companies but.... When it comes to customer service, they are the best. Several other companies approached me with offers, great offers, but I don't even think about to replace them with an another service provider. Their field engineers are friendly and professional! Their response time is really quick! The whole staff is helpful and friendly. Believe me, this isn't a paid promotion as I'm the one who pays for their service, but these are all facts! I can highly recommend them to any companies who need professionals to look after their printers!

Touchtec has been providing us with fantastic service for years. Can’t recommend highly enough!!! Whenever the engineer comes on the site, he is already briefed on the issue so there is no disruptions within the office workflow. All problems are solved quickly an efficiently. Recently we had to move office outside of London and the team has organised the printer transport and safe move for us within a few days which left us worry free (Thank you Wendy!) and I am glad we can continue working together. They provide us with high quality supplies and service – I never worry about the ink level as I know that the Touchtec team knows when I need a new one 😊😊😊.
