Every day and more disappointed from this dental surgery they cancelled my appointment just one hour before my appointment,I was already in the bus ,my partner left the job to take care of my baby is the second time they cancelled my appointment I don't have time to lose who is going to pay me for losing the 2 days my partner job and still didn't see the doctor they just joking with people in need very poor service

I was absolutely petrified but the pain I was in had to be taken away ,I had a broken wisdom tooth that became infected .After a week of antibiotics followed by X-rays it was decided to call in the boss to remove it as the roots were on the nerve . Scared was an understatement, but wow what an experience, all the staff are lovely , put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door . The dentist himself was not what my imagination had conjured up , he was just great and while talking me through the extraction I was amazed to find he had taken out the tooth without a flinch from me , I felt absolutely nothing . I will be going back they are great !!

Avoid this dental surgery you need months to book an appointment,when you go there they will let you to wait for more then 20 minutes or if you go 1minute late they will cancel your appointment.the reception very rude

The worst dental surgery .receptionist very rude. I had appointment 10:00 I was there 10 :13 she said if you are 10 minutes late is OK but not 13 for 3 min she cancelled my appointment I have 5 months baby I find really hard to find someone to take care of her ,I wait for the bus from 9:00 but 2 of the busses had problems today always I am 10 min early always I waited for more dhan 30 min for doctor and they don't care she said I am a mummy I understand ,she can't be mammy with 2 kids and no one close to help her.she don't know what it means to be a mummy

Update: 9th Sept 2022 - Have had my filling done now by the owner/head dentist. Lots of communication and help after my 1 star review. He has also promised to use this as a training guide but also explained this situation occurred due to other circumstances within the practice. I'm glad he took over my case, as their locum dentist who saw me wanted to do full root canal and crown, but Dr.Patel saw the possibility of saving the tooth and doing a much less invasive procedure. Very well looked after and really appreciate their help, so am happy to revise my review to 4 stars. Posted this review a month ago: 1 Star Awful service!! Been given the run around for 3 months to get a filling replacement after theirs dropped out. Was originally told no appts so call on the day, then pain got too bad and complained and got an emergency appt but they would only do a temp filling. 3 weeks later am in pain and they will only see me for a check up [not treatment] in another 3 weeks time!!? Then dentist will decide what to do.. uurmm PUT A FILLING IN!!! They are fobbing NHS patients off because they have more private patients/service now, so NO TIME OR CARE for NHS patients as they just want to get MORE MONEY Been with them for over 12 years... really upset and disappointed.. in pain.. and left with having to call every day now to only get a 10min slot where they will only give me antibiotics..not actually do the correct filling. They refuse to do an appointment for that. Absolutely disgraceful!

This review is solely based on the customer service standard provided by Sydney, a reception staff member at the branch. Despite my complaining through the pain of my wisdom tooth she was extremely understanding and unmatchably helpful! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve received.
