Very disappointed with the service. The company provided a quotation that did not match their actual registered activity and failed to deliver the establishment card even after more than a month. They also issued an invoice for services that were not active and not completed. Communication was slow and every follow-up required pushing from my side. I expected transparency and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company to prevent the same waste of time and money.
Owners are Good I believe but like any product it's as good as it's last nut and bolt you suffer you have a good sales team but not a responsible execution team feel some people therein are only interested in getting funds for your company hence they promise moon but give moon drops their attitude and work ethics can be better besides newbies in your concern should not promise things out of your menu or else you might have to change your menu have given you 3 star for a reason I believe you can and will become better if you forego part timers and also have proper execution team plus pro this is not criticism but a genuine suggestion best part is your honesty and a will to improve that I believe should take you far. Thanks for your services but some are pending
The best company you can depend on totally in making business in UAE. I contacted Hossam Elasaly. He is the most wonderful person, More than excellent problem solver, as he is a consultant helping you, not sales trying to sell a product to you. Super like to have such a helpful consultant in your esteemed company DhanGuard. DhanGuard is the best and the fastest as well. I finished my company completely in weeks :)

It seemed their primary focus was on collecting payments rather than fulfilling the services they promote. The owner and staff consistently demonstrated a lack of accountability and professionalism concerns were either dismissed or completely ignored.
For a business setup firm, trust and reliability are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on both fronts. I strongly urge others to conduct thorough research and explore more reputable options before committing to any engagement with them.

I've experienced DG services when I referred a client requiring mainland setup. Timelines vary sometimes, however Ankita handling this client was pretty responsive and assuring.
