**BE AWARE!! BE AWARE!! BE AWARE!!!** My experience with Dhanguard Consultancy has been extremely disappointing and financially stressful. In my personal experience, this has been one of the worst companies to start a business with in the UAE. After forming my company “Yuvi Expert” through them, I am now being asked to pay AED 6,500 for an NOC during license renewal. Because of this delay, I cannot renew my license and fines are accumulating, directly impacting my business operations. Big scam going in Dhanguard Consultancy, you will bound and stuck with them if you are forming a freezone company while renewal. I strongly advise anyone planning to start a company in the UAE to carefully review every charge, every document, and every NOC condition in writing before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services. Lastly I am attaching the SS which Dhanguard sent me on mail. Red Flag!!! 🚩🚩🚩

Absolutely useless place, very incompetent workers, they eye your money and does not care about the customers. Most of the reviews below could be fake. I used them last year for a business set up and completely mucked up the work and had to consult a different agent to clean up the mess these people created. Stay away from these clowns.
