Our experience with Dezrez was overall pretty good but not all went smoothly. The most important core part of the experience of finding us a good mortgage rate before prices went up the next day was done well and I am very grateful for that. Our case was handled by Simran. We were first time buyers and did not know much about the process. We sometimes felt like we were in the dark with no clear timeline. At one point Simran went on holiday without telling us and we did not hear anything from her until Rosy stepped in. We were also always pushed for expensive options for insurance and solicitors. There were also some mistakes towards the end of the process, the mortgage coming out of the wrong account, not being rectified even after notifying Simran so we had to call the bank ourselves. Same thing happened with insurance, we have clearly stated we only want life insurance and not critical illness and income protection, yet we were signed up for all and had to contact insurance provider directly. Overall, it worked out in the end but it was a bumpy ride.

I have known Rosy for over 15 years. I have recommended her to several of my family members and she has been providing me and my family an excellent service. Although she is a busy woman, she would take time out to contact her clients, even on a Sunday morning she called me. I would recommend her for business anytime. She is polite md kind and will go out of her way to offer clients a service.

My association with Dezrez Mortgages LTD and Ros Kaur started in January 2021. Right from day 1, I have received extensive support not just for mortgage, but also for choosing a solicitor and house. I have exchanged hundreds of emails and phone calls with Rosy. Rosy always listened to my concerns and helped accordingly. One such example I would like to mention, I had to apply for a mortgage for four times as my previous offers expired due to unforeseen delays in completing my home. Dezrez Mortgages are fantastic! We was recommend Rosy by 2 different people. Rosy and her team helped us get our initial mortgage and our remortgage. We are on fixed term contacts which can make it hard to get a mortgage but there were no issues with Rosy and we got an offer very quickly. I have recommended Rosy to friends as they were also having issues getting a mortgage on fixed term contacts with other brokers, but Rosy sorted them out and they were happy with her services too.

I did my Mortgage with Rosy Kaur and she was very helpful, she asked the exact information required and within no time she confirmed how much I can get based on the information I shared with him and actually I got little bit more loan amount then she said that clearly shows he experience and working with Banks. She verified the interest rates with various Banks and given the best ROI for my Mortgage. I highly recommend her. And now I am going with her for my Renewal again she has given good deals to us.

Rosy is AMAZING!!!! As a first-time buyer, I did not know much. Rosy made a stressful process extremely easy for me. She was so knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful. She explained the entire process and was there at every step of the way with me. She is very pleasant to talk to, professional and responsive. There is nothing she could have done more. I highly recommend Rosy.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience working with Rosy. I would not recommend her. As a first time buyer I was very inexperienced and I feel Rosy took advantage of my lack of knowledge. She did not explain the choices I have and sent me the deals (both for mortgage and insurance) which benefited her but were not best for me. Furthermore, the solicitors she recommended were absolutely incompetent, not only by not doing their job properly but lying to me and giving me misleading information. Rosy also seems to be inexperienced with new builds as when I sent her an email that there are further delays with the construction of the building, she basically blamed me that it's my fault it won't be ready on time. Now, having more experience and working with a different broker I can see a huge difference and therefore I feel I should share this opinion.

Rosie was fabulous! She made the process so easy and hassle free. We were first time buyers and had no idea how the process worked. She found us a great mortgage and kept us informed at all times. Highly recommend!! We will 100% use Dezrez Mortgages again.
