Techs came out did a terrific, quick job locating coil leak. Advised us its under warranty, charged us $160 for the visit, would order the part and come back. Two weeks later they installed part in about an hour or less. Billed my wife, I wasn't there, $570, no itemized bill other than mention of adding 2# of refrigerant. I call a a/c friend of mine down south, explain charge, work, etc and he said it seemed quite steep and should have been an itemized invoice. Call Wallers office, speak to a gal, advise I feel invoice is steep and want an itemized bill and reminded I already paid $160 on top of the $570. She stated she would look into it and send an email with breakdown the following day. A week goes by, nothing, enter the second week, call and request to speak with one of the owner brothers. They weren't in, I requested a call back regarding the invoice I was promised. She said one of them would call back by day end of first thing in the morning. 4 days later no calls, no emails, nothing. I do not appreciate chasing down vendors, when they say they are going to do something, call back etc you better do it. It's called professional courtesy, which obviously Wallers doesn't care to follow. They are completely the opposite, terribly unprofessional, and the fact they would not provide us with a detailed invoice tells me they overcharged us. It's just wrong. These owner brothers and Wallers haven't heard the last of me, I filed my Better Business report yesterday. Terribly unprofessional, and despite all the positive reviews, there are likely similar issues but many don't bother to complain. Would have enjoyed using their services yearly for our PM service based on the techs ability to do good work including efficient trouble shooting. But the office staff, and the owner brothers obviously think they are above following up on customer service issues.
Let me tell you guys something. When I called Waller and let them know I needed someone at my mom‘s house ASAP. They was there on point did not skip a beat. I was so worried about my mom being home without Air. I was out of town working and taking care of business for my mom to get Air ASAP. I called Morgan from Waller, heating and Air Condition. He was on it within seconds Morgan got the Air Conditioner order and it was in my mom house within the second day. My mama needed a lender for an Air Condition window unit. Morgan came his self and put it in now that is first class first priority, Morgan is a valuable access to that company this is what we need all the time first class service. Quick, informative and very professional, was able to come same day, my unit was struggling to get cool, he evaluated my complete unit outside and inside, found the thermostat was bad and had both heat strips on with ac, replace thermostat, checked vents for air flow and had us back with cold AC,, they will be my AC company.. thank-you Rick and Waller company..
My AC unit went out late last night. I tried a few fixes today but nothing worked so I broke down and called. Within 30 minutes, a technician was on the phone with me and was at my house within another 30 minutes. Thankfully mine was an easy and affordable fix. Brandon, the technician, was friendly and informative and resolved the issue very quickly. My dog and I are very happy to no longer be sweating. If I ever need help in the future, Waller will be my first call!
