I’m not satisfied with your services for several reasons. First, I charged $235.59 for storage, which was not my fault and not something I expected or was listed in the contract when I initially signed it and hired you for this service. Second, some items are missing, including a Turkish coffee cup and the top color royal blue and globe Third, the luggage was not delivered to the apartment door as agreed upon. Instead, it was delivered on the street outside the building. The driver refused to help bring the luggage inside or even leave it in the hallway, even though it was cold and snowing outside. As a result of these issues, I will not recommend your company or services to anyone.

Al J At first I was a somewhat hesitant to deal with this company as they had contacted me randomly through a text message. I began communicating with them and their company rep Javen did a great job of explaining their transaction process and all the products they offer. The new containers I purchased were of exceptional quality and picking them up at there Cleveland OH location was easy with no issues. I also purchased some older used containers and they were of the condition described, and a great value also. I highly recommend this company.
