They were able to get me scheduled next day during summer time. Came out quickly, them and the office had great communication on their arrival status, and for what to expect from their time. They found the issue, provided me free refrigerant to fill what was lacking, and were straightforward the whole time. Update: Refrigerant ran out 2 days later, which I knew was possible. We got a replacement AC unit scheduled, and they offered to bring by a portable AC unit for our child’s room so they could stay cool. Very nice of them!

Daniel came out to evaluate a poor functioning A/C unit. He was able to get my unit up and working in no time. Very happy once again with Preferred Air!

We have been using Daniel and Preferred Air for a couple of years after a friend referred us and we have been extremely happy with the quick response time, quality work and expertise of the entire team. What really earned our trust was when he talked us out of buying a new ac unit and encouraged us to optimize the duct work instead and see if that changed anything which it did. We have now entrusted Daniel and his team with three of our properties and when it comes to ac in Arizona, you don't want to mess around! They are family owned and operated and I would absolutely refer Preferred Air to anyone looking for ac service!

Installation crew courteous, they explained what they were doing during the installation. Crew laid down drop cloths to protect the floors and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Really pleased with the installation of the mini split.

One of these rare cases where all the positive reviewers here were right. We installed a new AC unit and got the best price, extended free maintenance, everything finished on time, very inexpensive change in the duct system that completely changed the airflow and made it easier to heat up and cool down the house, they were the only company that did very detailed AC load calculations before recommending a new unit.
