Took time to assess the situation and showed compassion for the trees we requested to remove by offering alternative before agreeing to cut it down. We reluctantly cut it since it was destroying our fence line with a neighbor and growing too far into their property.
The cost was reasonable. We did get a quote for cheaper and one for twice the cost, but Joe was the best person and made personal connections with us, showed his care for the tree, was able to provide a contact to help cut up the tree for fire wood, and was clearly an arbor expert.
I would recommend this team to anyone looking for arborist/tree needs.

I wanted to share my frustration that I faced while working with Devoted Tree Solutions. I paid the 10% deposit to clean up a bunch of trees on my property in April 2023. I have been trying to get the cleanup scheduled for over six months now and not getting any progress on that. Apparently there has been some merger of Devoted Tree Solutions with another company and all my calls are forwarded to that other company who are not able to get the scheduling done. I have also asked for a refund so that I can work with some other company to get this work done, but they are also declining to issue a refund. So, I am in a limbo. My advise would be to avoid Devoted Tree Solutions.

Signed the contract and put down a deposit with the office in July. Waited a few weeks for scheduling then to finally get a message from the so called owner Becca to let me know that they aren't able to even perform work in Seattle. After doing some of my own research online they hadn't even had L&I and or insurance coverage since May for the company. Now it's October and I still haven't received a refund of my deposit and no-one answers the office phone, seems like the company may be now out of business. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I am several weeks late in complimenting this firm. First, we had a walk through of what we wanted or thought we wanted. Matt helped us determine what was best rather than what we thought would be best. He spent a great deal of time and documented everything on paper and via photos. And then when the crew came - they were fantastic. The had the pictures and the notes. As well as the tags on the specific trees Matt had left. The crew was considerate and enjoyable. Devoted Tree cut and trimmed broken branches on my trees that broke off during the wind storm. They completed the job in record time and within my budget. The staff was very courteous and kept me informed of the schedule. I also had other bushes removed at a later date and they were awesome. Devoted is my go to company from now on.

Very responsive and reliable, from the beginning conversation. Came for a quote on Monday and the service was completed on Wednesday. Even with adding extra services they handled it well and we're able to respond. Cost is competitive but for me quality is important and not causing damage to my trees. I would recommend them and feel confident you be impressed with their professionalism.

Poor experience all around. Poor experience started when attempting to book a tree trimming. Had to call 3 times to get an appointment with an arborist. During the initial consultation, we agreed on a "crown clean", which was described as "removing the sticks caught in the top of the tree, trimming the branches poking into the neighbor's yard, and assessing the health of the remaining limbs for follow-up trimming." I was quoted "about $1500" on the spot, which turned out to be $2000. I was told that they would handle all clean up of my and neighbor's yards. 30 hours before the appointment, I get a text from the arborist that I needed to find my neighbors and get them to sign a consent form. This is bad because (A) this was part of the included package, (B) very short notice. Luckily, they were home and I was able to catch them, but quite an unprofessional outcome. On the day of the trimming, the workers came in and cut many large branches, significantly decreasing the amount of shade the tree will provide. They left the branches that were poking into the neighbor's yard. There was no knock or communication with me. Once I realized that they had left, I tried calling the office during office hours (about 11 AM on an Monday), but got the answering machine. The arborist that I made the appointment with eventually did call back, and offered a half-hearted "whelp, sorry" sort of apology after attempting to convince me that I misremembered the original conversation. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided, and would not recommend this service to anyone. EDIT: got a call from the manager, and discussed that there were some process failings - notably that there are typically walkthroughs before and after the job. Doesn't put the branches back, but this may be fixed for future clients.

I had a good amount of tree damage from the winter storms this year, and after calling several tree services, Devoted was the first to respond. Joe came to give me an estimate, he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about his work. I was given a very reasonable quote, they did the work a few days later and it was done exactly as described. I was impressed by them every step of the process from beginning to end. I will be using Devoted for any future tree work I have, no question.
