This restaurant would have gotten a 5 star rating but for the extremely poor service. While ordering the fried rice, we asked for the spice level. He said it is basically no spice but if you want extra spicy, it’s like 2/5. We trusted him and ordered for extra spicy. However, it wasn’t a 2/5 but like 5/5. We had one spoon and we were done. The server flatly said no to returning or getting one with reduced spice as if it was our mistake. Disappointing experience. Note to the owners: customer is always right and if you don’t believe that, then please don’t be in a service industry.

I go here every time I’m in Austin, could not say enough good things! Dim sum is delicious, the fried rice, the curries, so so good! Also I forget the actual name of it, but there is a spicy lychee martini that was to die for!! There was also a live band, and the service cannot be beat. I’ve also spoken to the owner when I was here before, and he was so sweet. Can’t wait to come back here.

Came in for dinner and it was 3 of our birthdays. We had Shaira as our server and she was AMAZING! Helped us decide on what to order when we were undecided and always coming to check on us and on top of everything. The food probably the best we have had! We could not stop eating! Also to top it off… we ordered the flambeau Everest cheesecake (great presentation)…. And they brought that with 2 extra tiramisus so each of us had our own cake!! It was the most amazing experience!! Probably my favorite restaurant in Austin.
